Experience classic Palm Springs living at Casa Mila, a beautifully restored 1958 Alexander mid-century modern home in the historic Enchanted Homes neighborhood of Sunrise Park, just 1.6 miles from downtown.

Designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living, Casa Mila features bright, open interiors and a private backyard with a 16′ × 32′ pool, spa, fire pit, outdoor dining, and mountain views. Authentic mid-century architecture, curated furnishings, and modern comforts create a peaceful desert retreat for up to six guests.

Pool heating is available October through May for an additional fee with advance notice. The pool may be preheated to 85°F.

Casa Mila comfortably accommodates up to six guests:

Bedrooms feature premium cotton bedding, smart lighting, and convenient charging ports. Plush towels, robes, and Public Goods toiletries are provided.

Unauthorized or visiting pets are not permitted.

Occupancy & Visitors

Casa Mila accommodates a maximum of six registered guests and is intended as a peaceful private retreat.

Only guests included in the reservation may occupy the property or use its amenities. Visitors, parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted.

Children & Pool Safety

Casa Mila is a design-forward home with an open swimming pool and is best suited for adults and older children who can safely navigate the property.

The pool reaches approximately 8 feet at the deep end, and there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be closely supervised by a responsible adult at all times around the pool, spa, fire pit, and outdoor areas.

Guest access

Guests have private access to the home, backyard, pool, spa, and outdoor living areas throughout their stay.

Parking

Free parking is available in the driveway and directly in front of the home, with space for up to three vehicles total.

The garage is not accessible to guests.

Palm Springs Vacation Rental Requirements

Palm Springs has specific regulations for vacation rentals. Please review these requirements before booking:

• Minimum renter age: 25
• Maximum occupancy: 6 registered guests
• No parties, events, or gatherings
• No outdoor amplified music
• Required guest identification and information must be provided within 5 days of booking
• Signed rental agreement required at least 7 days before check-in
• Dogs must be disclosed and approved in advance

We accept reservations from guests with an established rental history.

Outdoor Music

Outdoor amplified music—including Bluetooth speakers, phones, and other sound systems—is prohibited under City of Palm Springs vacation rental regulations.

Please be considerate of our residential neighborhood and observe all applicable city requirements during your stay.

Exterior Security Cameras

For property security, five exterior cameras are located at the front door, driveway, side gate, backyard, and side yard.

Cameras are active and recording at all times. Footage is not routinely monitored and is generally reviewed only if a security concern arises or a complaint is received from a neighbor or the City of Palm Springs.

There are no cameras inside the home.

Pool & Spa Safety

The pool and spa are private amenities for registered guests. No lifeguard is on duty, and guests are responsible for appropriate supervision and safe use of the pool, spa, fire pit, and outdoor areas.
