House was wonderful!! Loved the layout, perfect for our large family! Kitchen was well equipped w Keurig, coffee maker, toaster etc. Location was ideal, easy walking to restaurants, shopping and beach access. House was immaculate, beds were very comfy. Would highly recommend!! Excellent communication with property management.

The location of the house is great but the maintenance left much to be desired. Within an hour of arrival our crawling babies had black knees and hands from the dirty floors. The fridge stopped working half way through our stay and was not addressed despite our prompt reaching out. Proximity to seaside was lovely but we won’t be returning due to the lack of cleanliness.

Perfect Location, Comfortable Property

My favorite thing about vacations like this is when I can park my car and not drive again for the week. This property is perfect for that experience. There were six of us, two teenagers and four adults, and everyone had their own spaces to retreat to in comfort and a nice common area for spending time together. From this location, there was ease of access to the main area of Seaside, the beach, and plenty of walking access away from 30A which can get quite crowded. I have only two notes to be aware of: first it will be difficult to do large family meals around a table in this location (there is plenty of seating at the bar, four chairs around a small table, and then living room furniture - but not a large dining area for sitting around a table), and second you will need to request a cone to insure the dedicated parking space does not get taken by anyone looking for public parking that ignores the sign marking the property's reserved space (this happened to us a lot before I was able to secure a cone). The location and space was perfect for us and will be for many others!

Clean, cozy with lovely beach decor. Comfy beds and linens. Two master bedrooms downstairs with two bedrooms with queen beds upstairs. Great layout for large family/friends. And the location is perfect! We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to go back!

Awesome house!

My friends and I loved the house and location was perfect to everything! Very clean and decorated beautifully. Host communication was great but there was some disconnect when we tried to check in early. Back and forth emails and finally called. One tip for the homeowners: would have loved beach towels available at the house to have for the beach. All and all a great stay!

Perfect place in seaside

This place was wonderful. We loved how this house was so close to everything. Perfect for family with children under 2. Beds were great too. Only thing was the main TV. To many remotes. Sorry we had a very hard time with which ones to use. It would be nice to have directions on what to use. All in All we loved It!!!!!!

Lemon Tree: a slice of sunshine and serenity

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lemon Tree. The location was in pleasant walking distance from the town center, park and chapel. We found the property rather peaceful and appreciated receiving the welcome letter, fitness center passes, access to the bikes and the house’s serene porch. Would absolutely recommend. We would love to return.

Amazing stay at Lemon Tree for our Girls group!

We had a group of 7 women and everyone loved Lemon Tree. Plenty of bedrooms & baths and was so comfortable! Also convenient and close to everything in Seaside! Will definitely stay there again!

Great House

The house was perfect for our family. I would be careful renting if you have small children, only because it is on a busy street. The kitchen doesn't have as many cooking utensils as we needed, but plenty of dishes and pans. We would stay here again!

Great fun in Seaside!

This house was great for our family with teens! Location was awesome and house was very cute and comfortable! The only issue was the tv in the den was a bit confusing ( 4 remotes)!
