Blue Honey is a luxury 4BR WaterColor home on a quiet street. It has a private heated pool, screened sleeping porch and is just steps from Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club. Ideal for families who want comfort, convenience, and easy access to the beach and village life. The house is very quiet and private with the nature preserve to the rear and a park in the front. The house has 3,910 square feet of heated/cooled living space after the 2025 renovations.

Property was just as described. Excellent location within walking distance to Camp Watercolor and a short golf cart drive to the Watercolor Beach Club and Seaside. Home had every amenity we needed and the pool was a very nice feature. Owner was very responsive to any messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again.

Blue Honey is a wonderful place to stay. The new dining room and sitting room are great additions. The owner stays on top of maintenance and makes sure everything is in great condition. The housekeeping is top notch. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will want. The pool area is excellent and we even saw a hummingbird enjoying the flowers.

Great Stay at Blue Honey Again

House was beautiful with everything we needed. We love the new dining room. This was our second year here and we will be back again next year. We love taking the golf cart around town. The location is perfect and close to everything.

Watercolor Red Cedar Way

House is very nice. There was a significant hiccup with the housekeeper at checkin but owner was very responsive and helpful. We had 12 family members (2 infants; 4 kids ages 2-6; 6 adults. Pool in backyard was great. Rains in June and community pools close 30 min after lightening. Sometimes 3 times in 1 afternoon so pool in backyard was great!!

Wonderful Thanksgiving

We had an excellent stay over Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well furnished with everything you would need to fix a feast. Mike is great about checking in and making sure everything is going well. We are excited to come back when the new updates are finished!

Second time at Blue Honey

Our family favorite place to stay! We got to stay again at Blue Honey this year. Best amenities just like home, very well taken care of, clean, everything works fabulously. The swimming pool is gorgeous with seating outdoors to enjoy the family. There is a new golf cart and new bikes for all to enjoy riding around Watercolor and Seaside. Great location too! I highly recommend renting and appreciate Mike and Joan Heflin. They are hands-on with the property and are very accommodating and enjoyable to work with.

Wonderful stay at Blue Honey

The house was gorgeous, just like the pictures. We had everything we needed. We especially loved the ice maker at the wet bar. We used the golf cart to get most places. Mike was very responsive to any request we had. We will definitely be back.

30A 2024 family trip

Everyone in our group agrees this is our favorite property on 30A and we’ve been annual renters for years and years! The location is perfect—steps from seaside with easy access to all Watercolor has to offer. The property was PERFECT for us and was incredibly stocked for the perfect week long beach vacation. The home is stunningly beautiful yet very comfortable. The owner, Mike Heflin, was most responsive and helpful, even before the trip began! Trust me, this gorgeous home is one I plan to return to again and again. Definite 5 star listing!!

Best Property in Seaside and even Better Host!

We have become regular visitors to Seaside during spring break and this is by far the best property. The location is perfect. Five minute walk to Camp Watercolor, five minute golf cart trip to Publix, The Perfect Pig and Surfing Deer Restaurants and Seaside Town Square and beaches. The property backs up to a beautiful pine tree filled preserve for privacy and quiet. The home is professionally decorated and spotless. The design is also well done as the actual living areas are in the rear of the home overlooking a wonderful heated pool and fire pit area. Our four kids enjoyed the home so much that they actually spent more time with us instead of with all of their friends at the beach and other areas of Seaside. The homeowners are your direct contact for the property and were truly amazing. They made certain all of our needs and questions were always addressed. They make you feel like family visiting their vacation home. Truly wonderful people and it is reflected in the love and care they have given this property. We will absolutely be back to stay at Blue Honey in the future.

Another great stay

We have stayed several times in this house and it is always an excellent time. The homeowner makes sure everything goes smoothly. I really appreciate all the extra touches like real bath mats, good toilet paper and comfortable beds and bedding. Everything is in good working order/condition and clearly well maintained. This house has all the extras like great porch spaces, pool, fire pit and comfortable quality furniture. This house is always just right!

Wow!

Just finished up a great week at Blue Honey and had a wonderful time. We’ve stayed at multiple VRBO properties across the country, and without a doubt this owner/property manager was the most engaged, helpful and responsive owner we’ve dealt with. From the time we booked until the time we checked out, Mike was simply fantastic! And the property was everything we had hoped for. We had a group of 8 ranging from 60 years to 7 months, and it was absolutely perfect! Great time was had by all and we hope to return soon!

Family stay at Blue Honey

We had a group of 9 with 6 adults and 3 grandkids so Blue Honey worked out great for us! We enjoyed the amenities at the home and the pool was a big hit with the grandkids. The location of the home and the access to Watercolor pools and activities was a real plus for our group. The golf cart and bikes helped make it easy to get around. Beautiful home with great hosts who were very informative during the booking process and attentive to any requests we had during our stay. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect vacation!

Blue Honey was the most fabulous home we have stayed at in Watercolor. We typically try a new house every year for fun but my family loved this home so much we hope to be back! The pool is serene and perfect. The golf cart is so much fun! My kids loved the proximity to Camp Watercolor and also the nice easy loop to ride their bikes on out front. Everything was perfect, I even peeked at the sheet brand to purchase them for our own home they were so comfy! Mike is wonderful to work with as well. Absolutely perfect stay!

Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Honey. The home is in a very convenient neighborhood. Close to the grocery store, pools, beach, restaurants, tennis courts, shopping, Camp Watercolor and the Watercolor Inn. The beautiful heated pool and fire pit in the backyard were very enjoyable as well. Home is very nicely laid out, comfortable and bright. Furnishings are very nice and each of the beds were amazing! Communication was excellent with the homeowners. Very responsive. We can’t wait to come back!

Great stay at Blue Honey

We had a great stay at Blue Honey for Thanksgiving! We were there with our daughter and son in law and their three young children. The home is very spacious. It is beautiful and very well maintained. We loved the porches and the backyard area had a beautiful pool and fire pit. It was very well designed. It’s in a great location too. The owner was very prompt in his communication which is very nice. We would definitely stay there again.

We fell in love with this house while on a bike ride and bought it the next day. You'll love Blue Honey as much as we do. Great place for family, friends or a romantic getaway. We love the quiet street, the nature preserve in the rear and the park in front. We live here about 6 months during the year so the house is our home versus just another rental.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The house is only 8 years old due to the 2017 complete renovation (down to the studs). It was professionally renovated and decorated. We enclosed two porches in 2025 to add a dining room and a sitting room off the master bedroom. We also converted the third floor to living space. It now has a game room, bathroom and sleeping area. The beach club is a mile away which is an easy walk, bike ride and you can cruise there in the golf cart.

It has all the amenities including a private pool and golf cart and is on a very quiet street off of Western Lake. There is a park in front of the house which is perfect for pets or a quiet walk. The house backs up to the nature preserve. We see deer behind our house regularly.
