Une fois que vous aurez ouvert la porte de ce condo situé au quatriÚme étage du Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, en front de mer, vous saurez que vous avez fait le bon choix pour votre escapade. Les propriétaires ont redécoré leur propriété avec un nouveau carrelage, des tapis dans les chambres, des carreaux dans la cuisine, de nouveaux meubles et de la peinture fraßche - claire, aérée, fraßche et fraßche.

Le nouveau canapé du salon possÚde une chaise longue idéale pour profiter de la magnifique vue sur la plage. Il a également un canapé-lit si nécessaire, pour s'assurer que tous les invités peuvent dormir confortablement. Vous profiterez d'une vue imprenable depuis votre balcon privé, idéal pour vous détendre et boire votre café du matin ou un cocktail rafraßchissant dans la soirée.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size et une salle de bain principale privée. Tous les matelas ont été récemment remplacés et une nouvelle Smart TV a été ajoutée. Ouvrez les rideaux et admirez la magnifique vue panoramique sur la plage. La deuxiÚme chambre a deux lits jumeaux et un combo baignoire / douche.

La cuisine entiÚrement équipée a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer vos repas. Pour les nuits, vous voulez simplement vous détendre aprÚs une journée de baignade dans le Golfe ou de détente au bord de la piscine. La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes à table, avec 2 tabourets de bar supplémentaires.

Beachside One, avec un hall nouvellement décoré, se trouve directement sur la plage, à quelques pas de la promenade de la plage. Le bùtiment propose une connexion Wi-Fi, un centre de remise en forme, une piscine chauffée en saison et un bain à remous.

Les soirs oĂč vous souhaitez passer une soirĂ©e, le village de Baytowne Wharf propose un grand nombre de restaurants. De la gastronomie Ă  la pizza au Bar-B-Q, et plus encore. Ou attrapez le dernier film Ă  Grand Boulevard dans le nouveau cinĂ©ma de dix salles. Sandestin possĂšde plus de cinq miles de sentiers pavĂ©s pour le jogging et le vĂ©lo, des promenades dans la nature, trois terrains de golf publics et des courts de tennis.

This property is perfectly located and very easy to navigate. The pool was surprisingly cold, that was our only complaint. We would definitely stay here again at this time.

Will stay again

Great view. Nice pool and hot tub. Check in and out was easy. Comfy beds and linens. I recommend staying here. One suggestion is having a couple of beach chairs and beach toys in the closet.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Short walk to the beach, convenience of SanDestin amenities like the tram, beautiful view of the beach, and quiet were the top attractions of this property. The water pressure in the master shower was lacking. The washer/dryer combo needs to be upgraded. We would recommend and stay here again.

The perfect way to end our summer!

This was a last minute vacation for our family of 4 before school starts and it was wonderful! Everything was easy, beautiful, and convenient for our stay! We loved the condo and how close it was to everything we wanted to do. The beach is beautiful and the pool is great right off the beach. The beach chair rental company is right off the beach access and they were very nice and helpful all week. The condo has beautiful views, is exactly as described and just perfect for our family. We were so sad to leave and will definitely be back next summer.

Excellent Beach Vacy

This condo was absolutely perfect! Great location, exactly as described on website and in pics. Had every thing I needed for this quick getaway with my son. When I walked in, I knew this one was meant to be for me too as I have the same comforter that was in the master in my son's room. We even have the same silver sailboats. Anyway, I will book this condo again in the future!

Perfect!

The condo was beautiful, and the view was gorgeous. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of drawer/storage space. This building has a private beach with security that keeps non-residents from setting up tents which was a plus since the adjacent beach was ridiculously crowded. The pool and pool furniture was very nice. Property management was very responsive to the one issue we had with the stove while we were there. The worst complaint I have is dull kitchen scissors! (-; We will absolutely be back!

Family Weekend

Wonderful views but lacked in accurate accommodations due to broken sleeper sofa. Needs lots of maintenance work due to moldy walls and damage from possible leaks. Had nasty issues with bugs especially in the master bedroom. The place had a very strong Clorox/ clean smell when we first arrived but soon became a rotten smell the next two days. The main bathroom shower door frame is not securely attached. Way too many problems to deal with for a weekend getaway

The condo was great and held true to the listed description! The location was fantastic and enjoyed the time with my family. We will certainly return for future trips and would recommend to others. However, there is only a one thing that could use improvement with the unit- the kitchen appliances. They could use an update, especially the refrigerator. It dripped water inside/out the entire time we were there and also didn't get everything really cold. Property maintenance came twice during the week without fixing it but came the third time, which was the day before departure, and could have repaired it but not 100% sure. Overall, a great relaxing stay at the beach!

We had an incredibly disappointing and stressful experience with Platinum Vacations, and unfortunately cannot recommend booking with them.We discovered bed bugs in the bedroom—a serious and disturbing issue. We were traveling with a baby, which made this situation even more upsetting and difficult to manage. The bites were painful and unpleasant, and weeks later, I’m still dealing with the effects of the bites I received during that stay.To their credit, the property manager responded quickly and moved us to another unit. However, having to pack everything up and move with an infant was incredibly inconvenient and stressful—especially since we were only just settling in. Unfortunately, the second unit had a broken air conditioning system, and once again, we were offered another move. At that point, we decided to leave altogether and booked a hotel at our own expense.Only after all of this—bed bugs, multiple moves, and no working AC—was a refund offered.While the manager communicated professionally, the situation was unacceptable. Bed bugs should never be an issue in a professionally managed vacation rental. The lack of proper inspection, the poor condition of the second unit, and the overall disruption to our trip were incredibly frustrating.We will not be booking with Platinum Vacations again.

Beautiful View

Overall a good experience. Condo could be a little cleaner and maintained a little better. There was a plate of food under the bed from previous renters. Drain in master sink and second bath tub did not drain well. Smoke detector beeped in the middle of night which can be prevented. We bought batteries and changed it for the next person. Older appliances. Refrigerator cover was broken and falling off. Broken beach chair in closet. Pretty condo but could use some upkeep.
