Our one bedroom, one bath cottage is a 5-7 minute walk to the soft white sands a beautiful Saint Pete Beach. By staying here, you will also be a short stroll to nightlife, restaurants and beach shops. You will be a half mile from the historic Corey Avenue that hosts weekend markets, art shows and cultural events, along with it's beach shops and restaurants. Major grocery stores and pharmacies are both three-quarter mile away.
Our place has been completely remodeled and re-decorated. It has a new kitchen, a new bathroom, new flooring and new furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, cookware and all essential utensils. The bathroom has a low profile walk in shower pan and sliding glass door for easy access and safety. The bedroom and bathroom have all new linens. The bedroom has a queen sized bed. The bedroom has a desk/make up counter with a large mirror. It is perfect for a work at home situation or to get ready for a big night out.
Parking is a commodity on Saint Pete Beach but you will have your own off-street, paved, free parking spot. The living room has a Samsung 55 inch smart TV and the bedroom has a Samsung 40 inch smart TV. We have Spectrum cable service with tons of channels as well as an ability to log onto all of your app-based subscriptions. You will not have to keep up with a key card or key. The condo has a Schlage Sense touchpad deadbolt for added convenience and security. We will even let you pick your code.
