Notre maison peut accueillir 10 personnes avec 5 chambres et 4 salles de bain! Absolument la propriété parfaite pour des vacances, un mariage intime ou une réunion de famille sur la plage! Cette maison de plage classique comprend 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Deux appartements d'efficacité attachés ouverts sur le reste de la maison et pouvant accueillir 4 personnes supplémentaires (taux basé sur 3, 4 ou 5 chambres - 2350 $, 2850 $, 3150 $ + taxes, nettoyage et dépôt de garantie remboursable). NOUS LOUONS DU SAMEDI AU SAMEDI SAUF POUR LES REMERCIEMENTS D'ACTION DE GRÂCE, DE NOËL, DE NOUVEL AN OU DE DERNIÈRE MINUTE. Vous allez adorer le plan d'étage ouvert et l'atmosphère et le mobilier très confortables. Admirez de superbes couchers de soleil depuis deux ponts extra larges, profitez de la belle plage ou détendez-vous simplement dans le hamac. Idéalement situé pour dîner, John’s Pass Village pour le shopping, la location de bateaux et de jet-ski, la pêche et les croisières de jeu. Busch Gardens, l'Aquarium de Floride, les musées et bien plus sont à 30 minutes en voiture. Même Disney World est à un peu plus d'une heure. Le Beach Trolley fait des arrêts réguliers juste en face.

Awesome location.
Beautiful location right on the beach. House was very clean and lots of room for the family with beautiful views of the ocean. The two outdoor decks were a bonus space to spend time with the family. Host was very responsive to all our requests.

Beach Living
There were 10 of us on a family reunion. There was plenty of room for all with 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. Open living/dining/kitchen area. There was an upper & lower deck outside. Spent a lot of time on the lower deck which had a picnic table & lots of sitting space around a permanent counter. There was room for outdoor games next to the lower deck. Great views from the upper deck but no table up there. Still nice to view sunsets & gulf. Its about 2 minutes to the beach. Very nice spot as it was relatively distant 'from the public beach access points. Had lots of room for us to spread out. The unit is on a busy street but on the beachside of the house the traffic noise wqs negligible. The 2 bedrooms on the street could be noisy at night. There wasn't a dishwasher but there is a great laundry room. Susan was great with communication & checking in & out was painless.

Amazing beach cotrage
This is the cutest little beach cottage. It easily sleeps 10 and had 4 bathrooms!! All one level and steps away from the beach! The property location is ideal. Communication with the property manager was easy and she quick to respond. We had the best time here and will definitely be booking it again in the future!

Our family had a wonderful time! The layout of the house is unique that you just go through one bedroom to get to another but as long as you know it going in, you can plan accordingly. Would recommend this to others!!

Christmas Beach vacation
Great location, very close to the beach. Close to Publix. House is not new but very comfortable and kept up. Five bedrooms were perfect for our six family members, but it would sleep 10. Very nice outdoor covered seating area where you can eat all your meals.

We loved the location and number of beds. The back porch and yard are ideal for a family stay and the beach access was wonderful. Susan was quick to respond and everything was as promised. We will definitely return!

Perfect beach getaway for the family.
Had a great trip in TI. The home was big enough for our group of 7 and you have everything you need for a beach vacation. You are a 2-3 minute walk to your beach spot for the day, a quick walk back if needed. The home is located minutes from a grocery store and plenty of restaurants depending on your preference and a short drive to some larger cities if desired.

Excellent House Right On The Beach
This house was excellent for our group. You walk around the back to check in and the size of the porch facing the ocean just blows you away. The house worked perfectly for our group. The privacy of the two efficiency apartment as well as the four bathrooms worked perfectly as we had eight people with us, two of which weren't family and were able to stay in one of the apartments to have a little privacy. The only downside is to enter the apartments you need to walk through one of the bedrooms on each side of the house. If you're comfortable with who you are staying with it's not a big deal at all. The kitchen was well furnished. My only recommendation would be to provide an air fryer for quick meals. Thanks for letting us stay. It's a beautiful, well maintained property.

Great location! The house has enough space for our family with adult children. However, you do need to walk thru a bedroom to get to the apartment bedroom. One on each side of the house. Your other option would be to go out the apartment door, street side, and walk up the side of the house to the main door, beach side. It was great having 4 full bathrooms!

Perfection. I can see where others might have issues with the efficiency apartments and walking thru bedrooms to get to them, but for us it wasn't that big if deal. Susan and her husband were very quick with any issues (there were bery few)and restaurant suggestions! We will be back. Thank uou so much.

Bama Beach House
Property was unique in the two efficiencies that were in front of building. Even though you had to walk thru a bedroom on each side to get to these areas, it worked out good for our group. The lower deck was great and the upper deck was large and could accommodate a lot of people. This would be a great place in the summer with the abundant shade. The house is stocked nicely and lots os seating area. Don't think you would be disappointed renting this place.

Yearly, 2 week vacation trip with friends.
Great location….beach was wonderful…weather was perfect! Stores and restaurants were within walking distance…lots to do…we took the Shell Key Shuttle over to Shell Key island for a few hours one day..nice shelling and bird watching. The house was very comfortable….big open area in the kitchen, family room and dining room…great for a group of friends/family.
