This unit is beautiful. It is on the first floor but about pool level. So, you overlook the pool. It is very close to the assigned parking spot. We had a great time, and the kids absolutely loved the pool, pickleball and feeding the deer. A few minor issues were addressed immediately, and Wendy is absolutely wonderful to work with. We would rent again!!!! We were very sad we had to leave.

This property was very nice. It was clean and quaint, and the host was very accommodating. The pools were nice and the property had easy access to the lake via boat dock or shore. We fished and used the community grilll which was actually clean.I would definitely come back!

Property is much older than expected. A/C didn’t work upon arrival. Took two days to get from 84 to 71 degrees. Very inefficient A/C. Thank God the owners provided an extra stand alone unit in the master. The hot water for the showers got to luke warm at best. The parking was convenient to the location of the condo. The kitchen was nice for what it was. For those expecting a 4 star property, this is not it. It is a 2-3 star property compared to other properties we have utilized. The owner was responsive when the AC wouldn’t work. Just be aware, the listing presents much nicer than it actually is. Besides the AC and water, the location served our purpose.

Wow! Did not get a call from you after we spoke, believe the A/C was functioning regularly. Not sure how the statement was made for "The property is much older than the listing represents". I believe it's not accurate statement. Renovations and furniture are the same as listed. Will report the water temperature with the condo COA.

It’s a nicely kept spacious 2 bedroom condo with good views of the lake. The condo was stocked with almost everything you need, including beach towels. The elevator was out and Wendy sent a message letting us know beforehand. But unfortunately, I didn’t check my messages in time and we found the easier pathway to the condo afterwards. There was an issue that we had, but Wendy promptly resolved it. We had a very nice stay overall.
