Very enjoyable! It is great to be able to stay together when travelling with the family. We were able to prepare our meals and eat together. Definatel would do it again. The host is fantastic! Very responsive when needed.

We had an amazing stay! The house was extremely clean, and it had any, and everything you would need to make your trip run as smoothly as possible. The host answered any, and all of my questions, and was very kind. Overall we had a great trip, and will stay here again next time if available!

When we went to check in, there wasn't keys or access to the property. We had to call the host and he had to let us in through the garage. We did not have keys or a code to the door the entire stay. Upon entry we discovered the property had not been cleaned after the previous travelers stay. Brian sent a cleaner next day, but I had to clean the restrooms and master bedroom, just to be comfortable. The pots/pans and cooking utensils were very limited as well. The host was apologetic, but the accommodations were still unacceptable and unsanitary. I hope he does better in the future .

The host was awesome! The house was fully stocked with what we needed. Especially coffee items. Nice quiet area. Nice park around the corner to walk the dogs. Very comfortable beds. We took our own pillows.

The place was wonderful for our family of 6. Easy to location to find. The house had everything we needed for our weekend. Overall, it was perfect and we would stay again.

The home was tidy, stocked, comfortable layout, easy to find, quiet neighborhood. It is near a train track but I love to hear the trains so that did not bother me at all. The host is very nice and accommodating.

Home was absolutely disgusting, smelled like the inside of an ashtray. Owner told us about 45 min before we were to check in that it was smelly didn’t say like what because of previous tenants. The floors were all stained and roof had visible water stains or a leak so we feared it was full of mold. We didn’t even stay a night had to go get a hotel.

Stay was comfortable for me and my work crew. Close proximity to work location. Only downside was constant, intermittent running of toilet refill tank—I personally replaced a deteriorated flap per to minimize the running in one of the bathrooms.

Home was extremely nice and comfortable. Host was very kind responsive and understanding. due to the nature of our trip we had to leave several things, host was not angry and was very understanding regarding this. location was awesome neighborhood was quiet. home and lawn well manicured. If i ever return we would differently stay here again! Thank You for your hospitality and understanding.

N. Little Rock stay

Quiet and cozy. Clear communication from owner. Fast responses. House was a very convenient location to the sports park for the ball tournament I was playing that week. Plenty of food and activities in close proximity.

Cozy safe neighborhood

The house is very nice, good location loved the security of the home. The house wasn't as clean as expected upon arrival. I still gave overall rating 5 stars because we did feel safe and secure. I would recommend this location to others.

The house was nice. But the house wasn’t clean when inspecting the rooms there looked to be cat hair on the pillows in the room, the floors wasn’t vacuumed, when dropping the remote in the couch there was so many crumbs and old food left. My baby found a nasal spray under the bed and just the cleanliness of this house was not good. Overall the house is comfortable but I feel there needs to be a little more effort in cleaning the house.

Our solar eclipse home away from home

Nicely arranged home with good open spaces. Comfortable beds and sofa. New appliances. Previous guests caused some difficulties for our arrival, but owner responded to our communications.
