Enjoy the comfortable furnishings, located in a quiet and well established neighborhood, conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping, Little Rock National Airport and Little Rock Air Force Base. Location allows easy access to Little Rock and Cabot/Searcy.
You'll feel at home as soon as you walk in! Updated furnishings with comfort and simplicity in mind. 1 queen bed and 4 twin beds are available. Furnished kitchen with dishes, pots/ pans, glassware, microwave and coffee maker. Washer and Dryer on site with laundry detergent provided.
The living room and master bedroom has a roku attached to the tvs and there is another tv with an Xfinity streaming box connected to it that has a lot of apps you can login on.
Jacksonville is a very friendly city with all the amenities you could need close by and you are just down the road from Little Rock. This is an excellent way to create lasting memories and have the space and privacy you desire.

The host was awesome! The house was fully stocked with what we needed. Especially coffee items. Nice quiet area. Nice park around the corner to walk the dogs. Very comfortable beds. We took our own pillows.

The home was tidy, stocked, comfortable layout, easy to find, quiet neighborhood. It is near a train track but I love to hear the trains so that did not bother me at all. The host is very nice and accommodating.

Stay was comfortable for me and my work crew. Close proximity to work location. Only downside was constant, intermittent running of toilet refill tank—I personally replaced a deteriorated flap per to minimize the running in one of the bathrooms.

The place was wonderful for our family of 6. Easy to location to find. The house had everything we needed for our weekend. Overall, it was perfect and we would stay again.

The house was nice. But the house wasn’t clean when inspecting the rooms there looked to be cat hair on the pillows in the room, the floors wasn’t vacuumed, when dropping the remote in the couch there was so many crumbs and old food left. My baby found a nasal spray under the bed and just the cleanliness of this house was not good. Overall the house is comfortable but I feel there needs to be a little more effort in cleaning the house.

Host was very kind responsive and understanding. due to the nature of our trip we had to leave several things, host was not angry and was very understanding regarding this. location was awesome neighborhood was quiet. home and lawn well manicured. N. Little Rock stay

Quiet and cozy. Clear communication from owner. Fast responses. House was a very convenient location to the sports park for the ball tournament I was playing that week. Plenty of food and activities in close proximity.

Cozy safe neighborhood

The house is very nice, good location loved the security of the home. The house wasn't as clean as expected upon arrival. I still gave overall rating 5 stars because we did feel safe and secure. I would recommend this location to others.

Our solar eclipse home away from home

Nicely arranged home with good open spaces. Comfortable beds and sofa. New appliances. Previous guests caused some difficulties for our arrival, but owner responded to our communications.

The property was a good bargain for the price. It seems like it new to rental stay. There was very minimal kitchenware and pans to cook with, but we made it work. The neighborhood was pleasant. All in all a decent stay. I did not receive instructions for checking in until I called the Host, and I never dis receive instructions for checking out.

Nice house, lacked cleanliness & comfort

The dining room table only had three (3) chairs and the only other seating was the love seat & couch which were dirty, carpet was very dirty, septic leaking & stinking outside, took pictures. We left the house cleaner than then we arrived.

Quiet house good neigborhood

Host was easily reached and getting into the home was easy. Overall great place to stay, cleaning was good but more deeper cleaning could be done ie. ceiling fans, lights, vents. Cooking supplies were adequate but minimal. Much better place for us to stay than a hotel but overall not quit a 5 star, solid 4!

Very dirty house . Evidence of leaking on the ceiling. Extensively stained carpet. Torn up and cut vinyl window blinds which would allow anyone to easily look inside. I cancelled my reservation because I felt completely unsafe . The host was very rude and incompetent. He could not even transmit the Entry Access Code to me. I sent pictures of the ragged interior of the house directly to VRBO the afternoon of September 13th.

We took pictures of the house when we got in at 10:30 in the evening and the next day we left and didn't come back until 10 and found roaches in the living room and in the living room and kitchen. Brian tried to blame us for this. I give this a F for this man and house.

My house don’t have roaches and they didn’t provide evidence that there were roaches in my house. They sent me a picture of a roach on a white floor that’s not in my house and demanded a refund. Unfortunately I don’t have a white floor inside my house and didn’t provide them with a refund

great time

the place is nice and quiet. wish it had out door furniture to enjoy siting out side. we spent alot of time away doing things with family anyway though.. needs a little bit more supplies. like more tp. shampoo, conditiner. for bathrooms. need some games for the fmaily to interact together. we bought a few card games and left them for future renters. thw owner was very nice and we had no issues at all. maybe needs a strainer for pasta and a pasta unticel. but thats because my kid could eat pasta every day lol. my kid has autism so he is very selective on foods. but i give it a 4.5 stars. we enjoyed our stay. and look forqard to dtaying again in the future. oo they shpuld put a guest book in there so guest can leave them messagess. that would be really cool.

Property has potential but didn't hit the mark

Dirty and unkept. Lawn hadn't been mowed in quite a while. We sent pictures to the home owner who originally said that he new the condition until he saw the pictures. Silverware and cooking utensil drawers were unclean and little to no silverware. He sent silverware, however we continued to use our plastic ware. The twin beds were all in different uncomfortable conditions ( angled towards to floor, feet up high, etc.). Certainly not a place we would recommend. As I stated it has great potential with appropriate management.

So unfortunate you had a bad experience. Don’t understand how the beds “were all in different uncomfortable conditions”…. What does that even mean?! The grass don’t get that high and you got new silverware when you got there. I got pics of how the house was before you got there and it was clean. Good luck moving forward!
