Condo was clean, appealing decor, and well equipped. Location is near PCH and downtown Dana Point. We enjoyed our 4 week stay in this condo. Communication with property manager was excellent. I would recommend this property to someone desiring a great stay in Dana Point.

Fantastic trip to Dana Point! Mark’s condo has all of the amenities of home in a fantastic location. We took walks in the harbor after night for sunset.

We loved our stay!

This was the perfect property for my wife, dog and I to stay at this last Winter. Outside of the amazing SoCal weather, this condo is a great price while still walking distance from the beaches, PCH and main downtown area of Dana Point. I'm planning on staying again and fully recommend.

Stay in the center of Dana Point

We stayed here before going back to France after our moving out of Coto de Caza The apartment is really well equipped and we were able to cook like if we were at home In addition to that the decors are really nice and the place is quiet So it was perfect for our period of transition and we were able to enjoy the area before leaving Another thing very important was that we were able to have our dog with us and really appreciated it The owner was very responsive when we had some questions A nice place to stay in Dana Point

Great stay in Dana Point!

We have been vacationing in Dana Point for over 15 years and are thrilled to have found this gem! The location is in a gated community that is close to the town, harbor and beaches. We had covered parking as well as our own garage to store bikes and boards and a private backyard to Bbq. The condo was immaculate! It was recently remodeled with higher end furniture very comfortable bedding and well appointed kitchen: The owner manager responded immediately with questions. We will be going back!

I have lived in SOC since 1982. There is so much to do in and around Dana Point that you could spend a summer here and only scratch the surface. Come and explore the adventures of San Juan Capistrano wine bars and dining, visit Swallows an old-school country-western bar. Rent bikes in Dana Point and peddle to San Clemente where you can enjoy some clam chowder on the pier. Miles of hiking trails with views of the ocean, beaches and harbor.

This home was just remodeled. All the furnishings are brand new. Everything in the home is new. This home is located in the heart of Dana Point behind a gated entrance. This property offers HOA pool & spa, tennis and playground. Two personal parking spots one is a garage and the other is a carport. Walking distance to downtown dining and shopping.
