As seen on TV. A National Box Store filmed 4 commercials at this beautiful house! This is a New Construction single family home with Movie Theatre. This is a great location: 3 minutes to I-10, dozens of restaurants and attractions. 12-minute ride to the new Amazon complex, 22 minutes to the State Capital and Doak Campbell Stadium. Beautiful new home (except garage), comfortable beds and linens. This house is a straight 5 Star home and I think you’ll be happy staying here.

Hands down the safest, cleanest, most well-stocked and lovely rental property I’ve stayed at in Tallahassee. Gregg was a gracious and responsive host, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, with endless food, coffee, shopping, and gas options within a mile or two, and the amenities were perfectly functional and comfortable. Everything went smoothly. Such a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exceptional from start to finish. The home was beautifully maintained, extremely comfortable, and stocked with every amenity you could think of — it truly felt like a home away from home. Greg was incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. You can tell a lot of care and thought went into making guests feel welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This is the second time that we stay at this property.. Spacious, clean, well located .. We are a family of eight .. plenty space for everyone.. Kitchen very well equipped… Bathrooms with plenty of supplies and good quality towels.. Two hair dryers .. Highly recommend this property

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Tallahassee. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was provided.Communication with Gregg the host was excellent from booking through checkout, with clear instructions and quick responses to any questions. Gregg went above and beyond when I asked for a special accommodations. The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Tallahassee. It truly felt like a home away from home!

Great stay

We were going in town to watch baseball at Florida State and this was a great location for my family to stay. We were a party of 6 adults and this home has a great family room and yet we all had our own space in the evening.

Excellent Stay

Our group was in town for a work trip and we had a fantastic stay here! The home is well maintained, well stocked, and has plenty of space for us to spread out. The beds were comfortable and our host was great! I would definitely stay here again.
