Boaters Dream! Great 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house close to everything on a short canal ride to Lake St Clair. Bait shop next door and Angler's Pointe Marina at the end of the canal. Ask about including a boat well in your rental. Simply walk out the back door and onto your boat. Wonderful home for a vacation or Lake St. Clair fishing tournament. Plenty of easy access parking on property for trucks with fishing boats on trailers. Property set up like a duplex with owner on site some of the time. Additional boat well can be negotiated if needed.

Nice place

Great location for boaters/fishermen. Adequate parking for vehicle/boat/trailers; electric hookups for charging batteries; and located right around the corner from the Selfridge launch ramp. Owner John and his wife are very nice and responsive to our questions during and leading up to stay.

4th of July boating weekend

This was in a perfect location on the lake and extremely easy to get to from the highway. The boat launch is a block away also. The hospitality was phenomenal. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Lake House

Property is perfectly located for fishing trips to Lake St. Clair, ramp is only a couple hundred yards away and a safe area to stay! Very clean and spacious, met the owner Jon and his fiancee, very nice people , we enjoyed staying at their property!

John is a fantastic host and made it his mission to ensure we had a great time. Minus one star because the property owner's room is attached to the property with a private entrance on the back, it's not really a full property listing. We didn't care but you might, the host doesn't bother you and is always there to help. We'd be happy to come back.

Great location on canal - we ended up needing more space and the host, John, worked to put it in another of his properties that worked better for us. He was super helpful!

Great Fishing Trip Rental

We had a great fishing trip to Lake St Clair. The owner was very flexible, helpful, and accomodating. He even let us moved our reservation to another property location the owner had just up the road. The new location offered better sleeping and paking for the number of guys. Plenty of room to park 4 boats with trailers. Would definitely rent through John again.

Listing did not describe accurately the lodging situation.

Owner docks 2 large boats at site and rents them to overnight guests who have access to hot tub, back patio, etc. Those guests have easy look-in to house kitchen and living room. Owner also stays overnight in bedroom down the hall from guest bedrooms. None of this was mentioned in the listing.

St. Clair fishing trip

Our stay was good, fish weren’t biting like we would have wished. House was clean and plenty of room. For future renters it’s good to know there are pets that have been in the unit if you have allergies.

False advertisement

Did not stay at property. The description of the property listed no pets. Pet dander was present throughout the house. When we arrived the property was being cleaned by an individual who had a parrot on her arm. Allergic reaction accured from all the pet dander. We left the premises and had to find another place to stay.Property was falsely advertised as a No pet property. Owner has not issued as refund and neither has VRBO.
