Newly renovated & decorated/Spacious open concept. Plenty of room to relax & unwind.
Nice big back yard with lawn chairs & table under the patio cover.
Foosball, boardgames & FireTV for fun.
Long driveway with covered parking.
DFW airport 18 mins. WillowBend mall 11 mins. Close to George Bush Hwy, I35e & Tollway. K-Town area 7 minutes away with great dining/shopping. Furneaux Park is good for kids, 8 min walk. Small lake walking distance from house, can be seen from the front porch.
THE HOUSE:
3 bedroom/2 full bathroom.
Bedroom 1 - The Primary room has a King size bed with own private bathroom and stand up shower.
Bedroom 2 - The Bunk bed is a Full size on bottom and Twin size on top with an additional Full size bed. Dedicated workspace is in this room with chair and desk. Room also has a regular TV that the kids can connect a game console to like an Xbox, Playstation or even a streaming device like a Firestick, etc.. The TV has Netlifx you can log into with your own account but the TV is very slow to load the Netflix.
Bedroom 3 - This is the front room and has a Queen size bed.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to everything except for the garage. The garage is for HOST use only.
There is a carport for covered parking.
Park in the driveway in the back of the house. There is room for 4-6 cars there depending on size of them.
No street parking.
House Rules and Policies
- Occupancy Restrictions: 8 Occupants, 6 adults maximum, no more than 4 unrelated.
- Pets welcome with fee of $125 per stay. Dogs only max weight limit of 20lbs each.
- Damage from pets such as tears, stains or things chewed up are subject to repair and or replacement fee.
- Damaged or missing items like any linens, dishes, decorations or furnishings are subject to repair and or replacement fee.
- No smoking anything inside. Smoking allowed outside the house. Evidence of smoking inside the house will result in $500 fine.
- Thermostat: Please donât go below 70*. The house cools very well.
Please let us know if you think the system is not performing as it should.
- Security cameras are on site and will record on motion 24/7. Doorbell camera on front door. Spotlight camera over the driveway in the back and a camera over the side door covering the back porch. No cameras face inside the house as to respect your privacy.
- Quiet hours and Curfew are 10pm-7am. Please respect our neighbors with this.
- PARKING:
Park in the driveway in the back of the house. There is room for 4-6 cars there depending on size of them.
No street parking. (per city regulations)
- Cleaning: We don't expect you to do a lot of cleaning when you leave, that's why there's a cleaning fee. But please respect our house and try not to leave it extra dirty. If something breaks during your stay let me know right away so we can work out a fair resolution. If we find something has been damaged during your stay after you have departed, then you will most likely be charged for that at full price.
- Checkout Instructions: Please clean out the fridge completely, bag and throw out all trash in the trash cans by the alley. Please load and start the dishwasher, dishwasher pods are kept under the sink. Leave the sheets and comforters on the beds where they were. Please place dirty towels on the floor in front of the washer and dryer.
