Our 1 BR Silver Creek Unit provides excellent guest accommodations; sleeps two to four people: King in the Bedroom and New Queen Sleeper Sofa in the LR (Memory Foam). This 1BR is beautifully decorated and provides comfort and entertainment for your family, Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. TV/DVD/VCR/Cable and Roku with Netflex in both the LR and Bedroom, plenty of games & movies. We have two exits from the unit to the balcony (living room and bedroom) where you have a beautiful mountain view, you can see the slopes to the left off the balcony. Our Kitchen has everything you could want i.e. Keurig Coffee Maker, large and small Blenders, Crock Pot a Cuissinart and even spices! We recently added new stainless steel appliances in the Kitchen and a new Maytag washer and dryer. High speed wireless Internet is available in both. Free long-distance calling. Lots of Movies.

LIKE TO SKI? Silver Creek at Snowshoe Mountain boasts: SKI-IN/SKI-OUT, Tubing and Night Skiing. The entire mountain is located at Silver Creek with wider ski trails just outside our Silver Creek doors. Inside you will find:
• at the door Check-in with Key Pad entry, no need to go to the Front Desk Check-In,
• Indoor/Outdoor Heated Pools and Jacuzzis, Sauna, an Exercise Facility;\
• Clothing Shop, Sports Bar, Mini Mart/Coffee Shop, Gift Shop, AND NEW THIS YEAR (GREAT FOR KIDS) THE BIG TOP KIDS CTR HAS MOVED TO SILVER CREEK. It is a smaller version but it will be great for all our Silver Creek guests who have children,

Snowshoe provides free Shuttle Service to and from the Village and all Snowshoe slopes, every 15-20 minutes (call for pick-up in off-season). We have 60 trails. The largest resort this side of New York! Snowshoe not only has the most trails of any Resort this side of New York we also have Tubing, Snowmobiling, Snowcat Tours, The Big Top Entertainment Center, Snowshoeing and Cross Country Skiing.

The summer months on the mountain are a great get-away from the bustle and the heat, as the temperatures rarely reach the 80's. Prepare to be 'blown away' by the sheer majesty and beauty of the West Virginia Mountains. See the stars as you've never seen them before while you relax in the Jacuzzi at the end of another great day at Snowshoe.

Off-Season activities at Snowshoe include: RAVEN--a Gary Player signature 18 hole golf course, rated one of the top mountain courses in the country.
Fishing, a sporting clay range, bike trails, hiking and lake activities are available. Our Adventure Center for the kids and young adults; Euro-bungee, Lake activities, fishing, paddle boats, scenic lift rides, shopping and Restaurants are all part of the village atmosphere at. 'GEO CACHE' IS AN AFTERNOON OF FUN (SCAVENGER HUNT WITH GPS SYSTEM) PACK A PICNIC LUNCH AND FOLLOW THE MAPS. SEGWAY IS A BLAST, WHAT A FUN TOUR, THE BUGGY RIDES ARE A BIG HIT. Just finished redecorating the Living Room and everything looks great!

Fees: the only fee we charge is the HOA's daily parking/amenity fee which pays for the internet (unit wifi & building cell phone - AT&T), pool and parking lot access. We do not charge a unit cleaning fee.
