Spend fun-filled days at Nauset Beach (a short drive away) or Asa's Landing (great for boating and shellfishing) then return home to rinse off in the outdoor shower and unwind on the furnished deck - complete with alfresco dining and a gas grill. The large yard offers plenty of space for yard games and includes a firepit and tire swing.

Inside, a sun-kissed living area offers a comfy spot to relax while dinner simmers in the well-equipped kitchen. A game room provides hours of fun with a multigame table that offers pool, foosball, air hockey, and ping-pong. And a beautiful screened porch detailed with twinkling patio lights creates an idyllic spot to enjoy an after-dinner cocktail.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great access to beaches
Great location, access to beaches, loved the porch and outdoor shower, well-equipped kitchen, all the amenities, including mini shampoos. Unfortunately, found dead mouse on the porch that prior guests noted in review. Could use some fine tuning, including landscaping, musty odor in basement, replace light bulbs, ceiling fan not working in one bedroom, screen door handle broken, and trash needs to be emptied more frequently. Overall had a nice stay.

Other than a nice neighborhood & restaurants, these are the things we encountered: 1/ there was absolutely no communication between the owner(or Vascasa , the property management company). We sent several questions regarding to extending the booking and got no response. So, we had to end up booking 2 separate bookings. 2/ the code was sent to us at 8pm, 4hours after we’d already been inside the house(we called up VRBO around 11am on the check-in date , after 1 hour of wait, Vrbo was able to help us to get the code. 3/upon our arrival, there was trash everywhere on the lawn & right in front of the entrance. Wet laundry was inside the washer. We had to move them to dry to avoid the bad smell. There was dead rat in the sunroom & leftover birthday party stuff from previous party. 4/the basement was extremely musty & unbearable. We had to keep the door shut all the time to constrain the moldy & musty smell to get to the main floor. 5/carpets inside the master & the room opposite were very musty. We sprayed carpet freshener everyday to keep the smell away but wasn’t successful. 6/ despite keeping all of doors & windows closed all days & nights, we had so many giant flies, mosquitoes, moths & other bugs in our bedrooms & dining room. We had to squat down about 20 pieces every night in each room before we can lie down. 7/ extremely noisy dishwasher that runs for about 2 hours. To avoid the noice, we had to clean everything by hands. 8/ because we had 2 back to back bookings, there was a housekeeper came to ask us to leave so she can cleanup. I had to show her the app that I have the second booking which was quite awkward. I have been traveling places with VRBO and this is the most unpleasant experience for our family trip.
