We really enjoyed the convenience of being able to access multiple beaches from this location and the host was very helpful in quickly responding to our questions. We would definitely stay again!
Recently remodeled house and close to the beach but overpriced for what and where it was.
The house was very nice and clean and recently remodeled. It had some loose door handles, and some minor repairs needed. It included games for the kids. However, advertised as 4 min drive but it was more like 10 min. drive from the beach. We also couldn't find one of the beds that it was said to have. It felt quite crammed for 11 people. Overall, it was an alright stay, the house was nice inside, but it wasn't as comfortable/roomy/and close the beach/as advertised .
Came with a group of friends for the weekend. Great place to stay. Lots of space to hang out and in a good centralized location near plenty of places to go
The house was very clean and (mostly) renovated. The kitchen was perfected stocked for the meals we cooked there. The owner was quick to respond on questions. good location to get to the places we wanted to go!
Tried resolving this with the host but they have been ignoring us so here we are Started with minor frustrations. As we're driving we get a notice that there's construction in the driveway that would last one day, though it was at least two. It was right outside so the child and senior in the group had issues resting during the day. The kid also got spooked at out night given that a home near by was boarded up. We got verbally accosted outside the home twice. Nothing life threatening but doesn't exactly scream relaxing vacation. Then the second day we head out for a few hours, to come back to there being police outside the unit. What I have since learned from vrbo is that if you find yourself in such a situation, take as many photos and videos as possible and call vrbo and try to get documentation. You know, the natural human reaction. Otherwise, the owner doesn't have to do anything in terms of being understanding. The owner did offer a 200 refund which seemed laughable given the cost for 6 nights. We asked them to reconsider. They have since ignored us and the vrbo folks who reached out. I understand that things happen and most of this was out of the control of the property owner. But this doesn't seem like the right way to deal with
