The meticulously designed and big, beautiful property is ideal for socializing, big or small. Literally a hop, skip, and a jump from everything exciting and vibrant the Dallas Fort Worth has to offer, we are confident our home will make your stay in Texas unforgettable!

All of the finishing has been recently redone. You’ll feel as if the home was built just for your stay! Colors and art have been chosen meticulously by our designer to add life to every room and compliment the special features. Even if you’re just relaxing after a long day, the expertly designed decor will put you in a good mood.

The kitchen features a HUGE island and new appliances. It’s big enough to make cooking fun, let everyone help out, and NEVER have too many cooks in the kitchen. No matter how hungry you all are, the dining room is big enough to eat in.

The master bedroom has a lavish king bed. The second and third bedroom offers the same with queens. The fourth and fifth bedrooms have 2 bunk beds each and an option for a pullout bed under to allow all kinds of groups or kids.

Our back yard is spacious and safe, perfectly fenced in to make any parent with little munchkins feel relaxed and secure. Enjoy alfresco meals under the stars on our outdoor dining set.

The perfect combination of our beautiful interior and Stylish back yard is the picture-perfect spot. Not to fear, when privacy is needed, our lavish FIVE bedrooms give everyone their own peaceful private space.
Top to bottom we will deck you out with our unique modern design boasting all luxuries to make your stay as exquisite as possible: fully equipped kitchen, drool-worthy legendary living area, High-speed WiFi, gigantic smart TVs, Small basketball outdoor courtyard, nap-worthy couches, high-end mattresses fresh soft linen and it goes on!

Our house is located in North Dallas, your immediate neighborhood has everything you need to have a laid back experience. You are just a few minutes away from great restaurants, dry cleaning, movie theaters, and Dallas’s popular Willow-bend mall.

All necessities you need are less than five minutes away so you don’t burn valuable time in your day to day activities. Whenever you decide to head to downtown Dallas (25 minutes away) you can focus on getting to know the city and having fun.

Getting Around:
If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something
you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.



★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.



★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★

We have adopted a strict No Large Gathering or Party Policy. We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.



★ CLOSED BEDROOM ★

The fifth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 12+ guests at guest request.



★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★

Our fireplace is not active now. Please refrain from any use of it. We are in the process of fixing it.



★ ENTERTAINMENT★

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube along with cable TV. Login info will be provided upon request.



★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
