The open floor plan provides amazing views of the ocean from the kitchen and living area. The living space offers plenty of seating with a couch and a trio of recliners wrapped around a coffee table and the mounted flat screen TV.

The kitchen welcomes you with plenty of counter space and room to operate so cooking is a breeze. You can enjoy your home cooked meal at the dining table, which is equipped with seating for five to go along with four additional stools at the bar.

The master suite is finished with a king sized bed, a lounge chair perfect for enjoying your favorite book, a private bathroom and private access to the oversized deck!

The front two bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed, flat screen TV and access to a shared bathroom in the hallway.

The expansive deck is finished with a porch swing, chairs for lounging and working on your tan as well as an outdoor dining table perfect for a quick snack before heading back to the beach or pool.

The SSV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Though pets are not allowed, please note dogs may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.
