Our favorite beach location! We come back time and time again because it’s just perfect. Susan is such a wonderful host also!! You can’t beat the views, sunsets, beautiful home, private beach and pool!

THE VIEW!!!! Oh my gosh Wow what can I say. Our first time using VRBO and if this stay was the standard I will only use vrbo. The host was fantastic, accommodating and informative for our stay. The home was clean and again the view was hard to leave. Waking up every morning to that view was worth the stay alone. Practically a private beach. We saw dolphins, dish, collected over 60 shark teeth and we saw a turtle! All in all the house was amazing and the host was kind and caring about our stay 10/10 will stay again!! Thank you!!’

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Manasota Key property. From beginning to end, everything exceeded our expectations. The owner was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with, which made the entire experience seamless.The property itself was pristine—immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as represented in the listing. There were no surprises other than how much we enjoyed it once we arrived.The location was one of our favorite things about the stay. It felt wonderfully private, peaceful, and secluded, while still being perfectly situated to enjoy everything Manasota Key has to offer. It was exactly the kind of setting we were hoping for.We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Excellent property, excellent location, and an excellent host in every way. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway on Manasota Key. Five stars without hesitation!

The house, pool and the gulf view were awesome. Everything about our stay was perfect. The downtown area was very busy for spring break, but the house location was quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend this rental.

This is our favorite place to stay! The view is spectacular and the best part is the covered porch. The furniture is very comfortable and you can still see and hear the ocean from here. There are beach chairs and umbrellas available for use.

Property exactly as pictured and described. Gorgeous views and steps to the beautiful Gulf beach. Found over a hundred fossilized shark teeth. The pool was an added BONUS. Susan was an amazing host!!!!!!!!

We loved our stay at the beach house! It was the perfect place to be and cannot wait until we can return. Great beach to walk on and the shelling was good. Found lots of shark teeth! The house has everything that you need and is close to restaurants.

Some days you looked out and felt like you were on a private island! Saw dolphins from the pool area. It was relaxing and peaceful. Would definitely go back. Susan, our host, was always available to answer questions. Met two of the people of her property management team, very nice!

Even though the weather was quite uncomfortable, the place made up for it.Everything in the house was available, down to the cork screw.The view was amazing, and the beach was calling for multiple daily walks, bundled up.I had a relaxing 5 days, thank you Susan

The most perfect house on the gulf we have ever experienced!!! Our host was beyond kind and attentive. The house was clean and fully stocked more than we even expected. Nothing beats having your own pool and only steps from the beach. My family loved this place and we absolutely will be back.
