Nestled on a picturesque lot is the The Mountain View Retreat, a peaceful vacation retreat with breathtaking views and an unbeatable atmosphere with unparalleled privacy, perfect for making memories.
Welcome to the Mountain View retreat, a gorgeous home offering a remarkable vacation experience for large groups or families seeking a peaceful getaway.

The Mountain View Retreat is located on a private 10 acre wooded lot.

Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature with spectacular views, wildlife and surrounding woods.
Relax to the sound of birds,
Or just spend time sitting on the porch looking into the endless views, or enjoy a beautiful night under the stars around the fire pit facing the wooded area, connecting to nature.

In this spacious home there is :
-5 Delightful bedrooms that sleep 15 + toddler bed.
linen and towels are provided.
-2 and 1/2 bathrooms.

The main floor:

-the master bedroom: primary bedroom with spacious king bed and bathroom.

-bunk room featuring two twin beds.

- Spacious and fully stocked kitchen, with modern stainless steel appliances , dishwasher, stove, microwave and other kitchen appliances for your cooking need .
Large granite countertops and beautiful island that seat 6 people. full size refrigerator.

-Dining room with table that sits 10 people.

-Cozy living room with a large modern seating area with 65” large screen Tv.
With large windows that looking onto the breathtaking views.

-Deck with gorgeous peaceful view
With large seating area ,gad barbecue grill and dining table that seat 6-8.
-wood fire pit with comfy seating area To enjoy the outdoors with your favourite drinks and s’mores.

The Downstairs floor:

-Queen room : with queen metal canopy bed.

-Twin Bunk beds room :with 2 twins bunk beds and trundles.

-Full bed and a Day bed that opens to a Double bed.

-game room with a comfortable spacious couch, pool table for enjoyable group gatherings.

Great spot in the country!

This house was absolutely perfect for our weekend with friends. The house is plenty big and then the ping pong table in the garage just gave an added bonus for things to do with everyone. Thanks again for a great stay.

Absolutely perfect for what we needed

This was our second year using this home. We are so thankful for the great layout and comfortable furniture. The beautiful country setting, along with the singing birds was inspiring.

The sunrises and sunsets were just beautiful! The house is spacious and lovely. It was very accommodating to our large group of 14 adults. The sauna was a luxurious treat. Thank you for making it so affordable!!

This house was amazing ! This place is safe, comfortable, and well located,looks even better than the pictures The house is private, and the view is beautiful! The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very nice and we had good communication I would love stay here again!

East Concord NY stay.

House wad terrific. Just as advertised. It was very warm in July and the air conditioning worked spectacularly to keep the house cool. It’s extremely secluded and quiet. A break from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. Several pretty good restaurants within 20 minute drive. Dinner at the Glenn Iris Inn located in Letchworth State Park was outstanding! The electric coded front door lock was fussy and tricky. 4- digit code - Unlocking was easy, but locking was very difficult. We would return.

Friends get away

The property was just what we were looking for. A quite setting & plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for our group of 8. Everything was in good working order & clean. Very nice deck with patio furniture & great fire pit. Owners responded quickly & were easy to deal with. Definitely will consider coming back next year.

Relaxing stay with family.

We were up in the Buffalo area with family for the Bills/Giants game Sunday night. We wanted something close enough to the stadium but also not downtown Buffalo. The weather did not cooperate but we were able to enjoy one night outside by the fire pit. There was plenty of room for our family and we had everything we needed.
