WE CATER TO COUPLES CELEBRATING THAT SPECIAL OCCASION OR JUST A RELAXING GETAWAY!! Sunny site located on a cliff above the sparkling Seward lagoon, the newly renovated lock off apt enjoys incredible panoramic bay and mountain views, private and peaceful accommodations with high end finishes and furnishings. Custom modern kitchen with Hertco cabinets, quartz countertops,, hardwood flooring, and top of the line appliances, Miele, Bosch, Kohler, etc. There is a cooktop and a new top of the line drawer microwave for baking. New world class memory foam mattresses in both the stylish new bedroom and the pull out full size sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom has a European down comforter, as well as a down topper and high thread count linens. Two new large flat screen TVs, a Bose Bluetooth speaker for music, fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet. This "smartly furnished" 650 square foot walk-out lower level aptis located in an area of beautiful homes. Light pours in the windows, with views to the majestic mountains including Mount Alice . Located on a dramatic cliff above the lagoon you will enjoy a birds eye view of the town of Seward and Boat Harbor filled with the activity of colorful sailboats and commercial work boats. It is within walking distance of downtown and the boat harbor. Seward's fine restaurants and unique shops are waiting for you to explore. 1st and 2nd lake hiking trails are right outside the door. This new townhome apt has private access and is the definition of mountain elegance. A perfect spot for 2 to enjoy a relaxing vacation, special occasion, or romantic weekend getaway.

Check-in was seamless, including a quick call to go over some details. Also, a well crafted welcome book to go over some helpful tips and house rules in addition to local recommendations. The apartment itself was spotless. Very modern, clearly well renovated, and felt very upscale. The nice back patio with a bench overlooking the water was a great way to start the morning!

Easy check in. Super friendly owner. Apartment was immaculately put together. Location is perfect. Great view overlooking the town and bay from up in the cliffs but close enough to town you could walk if you wanted or make the 5 min drive. Highly recommend!!

Would highly recommend this VRBO! Perfect for the two of us! Great location! Overlooks Seward harbor! Beautifully decorated! Make reservations at Ray’s Waterfront Bar and Grille before you arrive in Seward! Came highly recommended by owner of VRBO! Did not disappoint as well as the cruise by Major Marine Tours!

Amazing View

We absolutely loved this place the best out of all the places we stayed while we toured Alaska. The view was breathtaking and the place was very clean, well equipped and decorated. We would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Seward!

Perfect escape!

What a gem! This exquisitely designed apartment is in a prime location. Beautiful views and everything you could need. The host has thought of everything, is detailed and provides restaurant and activity ideas. Our only regret is that we didn’t book longer than 2 nights!

The views from the back porch are incredible and the host could not have been more helpful. We went sea kayaking, glacier hiking, had an incredible seaside dinner at Ray's and went to the Sea Life museum. Everything was within walking distance (if you like to walk). Great stay!

Perfect Get Away

This apartment was the cleanest rental we have ever been in. It was newly renovated, had an efficient layout and was perfectly stocked. It is close to town, yet private and quiet. Can we give more than five stars???

Our stay at Dean and Susan's beautiful Seward apartment could not have been more enjoyable. The location is perfect, quiet but very convenient to everything Seward has to offer. The decor is magazine-worthy and every amenity is available. The apartment is very well laid out, perfectly suited for a couple. It was hard to tear ourselves away from the breathtaking views at the rear. In summary, we'd love to come back some day and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay in Seward.

Dean was born and raised in Seward and met his wife Susan in 1978 in Alaska. They settled in Seward in 1982 after they were married. They divide their time between Alaska and Colorado and spend their summers commercial fishing on their salmon seiner in Alaska . In 2017 they purchased and over several years fully renovated Dean's mother's clifftop townhome.
Dean and Susan own another lovely Vrbo property which is # 171435 in Breckenridge Colorado which they have successfully operated for 14 years. They have traveled extensively and enjoy meeting and hosting guests from various parts of the world. They are happy to share local tips and will do everything they can to make your stay a memorable one.

This property is very unique as the townhome is in the middle of Seward everything within walking distance and the views are panoramic taking in both the mountain range with Mount Alice directly in front and the enchanting Resurrection Bay with its abundant sea life including spouting whales, playful seals, sea lions and plentiful birdlife. Eagles are a common sight as well as salmon jumping. The pristine bay, flowing rivers, and its untouched surrounds are breathtakingly beautiful and offer both a world class fisher and hunters paradise.
