Enjoy an easy check in and check out process at our newly built, 4 bedroom 3 full bathroom home. We are perfectly located on a middle block - 3 minute walk to the beach or the bay. 12 Beach passes included ($150 value).

Enjoy having extra space with oversized bedrooms, chef's kitchen, and beautiful private backyard.

Outdoor shower, extra large Weber bbq grill, and more.

Walk to coffee shops, retail shops, restaurants, liquor store, and the beach!

Our home is clean, spacious, updated, and large enough to comfortably fit two families or those who want some extra space.

We provide our guests with nearly everything you may need:

Other things to note:

** Please note, beds come made with fresh linens (fitted sheet, pillow & pillow case) Guests must bring their own blankets. We recommend Coastal Linen Supply for easy ordering and delivery for your stay. We made the decision not to provide blankets in order to reduce waste. Because of frequent washing, blankets require replacement to stay fresh. To try and do our part, we found this to be the best choice. **

- No special events, proms, graduations, or similar allowed

- 12 complimentary Beach Passes will be included in your stay for reservations from Memorial Day through Labor Day

- 10 bath towels, hand towels, make up towels, and bath mats provided. Guests bring their own beach towels.

- No pets or large gatherings/groups

Excellent Vacation home

Excellent vacation home. Owner has renters needs in mind, including small table for children, inclusion of beach badges, and more than enough beach chairs. Owner kept in contact during our stay and was responsive to any questions/comments.

Amazing Place

We had a spectacular time. Really felt like we were on vacation staying in this beautiful house. Very well done. Owners thought if everything! Will hopefully be renting again soon!

Went to fast!

Loved the house! We will be back next year for two weeks instead of one. Walked everywhere. Short walk to beach and stores. Can’t wait for next year.

Perfect family vacation house equipped with everything

This house could not be better for our family vacation. The listing is accurate and the house actually feels much bigger than the pictures show. It really has everything you need from beach essentials (badges, chairs, umbrella, etc) to a fully outfitted kitchen which was perfect for our group. The owner was extremely communicative leading up to our trip and also checked in on us throughout; he also let us know as soon as we were able to check in early. Overall the location, newly renovated interior, and thoughtfulness of amenities/setup made this a house our family will definitely be returning to and would recommend to anyone else.

A True Gem

This house was clean, new, updated, and high quality. It had everything you could possibly need and all of it was in great shape. The beach was a five minute walk away, and very much less crowded than neighboring beaches. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house had enough space that we could all have a little privacy. The owner was friendly, helpful, and responsive. The location was terrific, too. Bagels and bakery and ice cream within an easy walk; and the bustling part of Lavallette a three minute drive. I have stayed in many beach houses at the Jersey shore and I have to say, this one is at the top of the list. It was so refreshing to stay in a place where all the details were thought of—from the big to the little. I would love to stay here again. Five huge stars!!!!

Weekend trip

Evan and Amy have a beautiful house with a perfect location. They were both responsive to any questions we had. The house itself is extremely clean and has all the amenities needed for a weekend trip. Would definitely stay here again for a shore trip. Thanks Evan and Amy!

Beautiful house and great location.

This house is brand new and very clean. Location is great for the beach as well as walking to restaurants and shops. This house is more spacious than it looks in the photos. Owner was easy to reach and communicate with. We had a great stay!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

There are so many things to love about our home in Lavallette, but our favorite is the large, open kitchen that flows into the living room. The spacious layout gives families and guests the opportunity to spend quality time together without feeling on top of one another. In addition, we know our guests will appreciate how all bedrooms are all equally large and private, which not many homes down the shore offer. Lastly, the home features tons of windows throughout, which provides the perfect amount of natural light in every part of the house.
