Perfect for families and friends! This first floor unit has a stunning beachfront view that overlooks the ocean. Walk out onto the lanai and enjoy a peaceful landscape of the clear blue sky framed by palm trees while listening to the ocean waves.

The condo has AC and comes fully equipped with kitchen amenities that allows you to cook a full meal. From plates, bowls, and cups to all the necessary cutlery items. The unit is right across the street from a Safeway not to mention the various unique shops and restaurants along the road!

Enjoy downtime activities on the condo complex such as visiting the Meeting/Recreation room to read a book or play a game of Ping Pong. When you feel like relaxing outdoors, walk out from the lanai and take a dip in Kauai Kailani’s pool or suntan along the beach.

Nearby activities include surfing, snorkeling, fishing, hiking, golf, kayaking, and so much more! I am always happy to provide recommendations if you have any questions as well.

Compact and a bit busy, with many families in other units, but in general a good base for visiting the island. The front bedroom is right across from the elevator, making it especially noisy and brighly lit. Some blackout curtains would be a big help.

The condo is part of a larger complex, so it’s normal to have other units nearby, including families who vacation to our beautiful island similar to you and your family who stayed in this unit. We do want to clarify that both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains that guests can use. This unit is also centrally located on the beach, which makes it a convenient and lively base for exploring the island, but it does mean it’s not a completely private or secluded accommodation like a single-family home. That type of setting may have been better suited to your needs. Mahalo

Spent five days here in September/October 2025. Great area good access to everything around lots of walking trails close to stores, food bars, etc. would definitely stay again.

Dave's home was absolutely amazing. The place was perfect for my family and had everything we needed. It was very clean as well. We woke up each morning to see the sunrise and loved every second of being there. Dave was also very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Handy spot and everything we needed

Well equipped condo in a good location. We enjoyed our time here and found the supermarket and strip mall across the road good. Kaapa is a good mid point to explore the island from.

It worked great for our needs. Grocery store is across the street. Worst thing is the traffic in front of the unit. We always had good luck with people letting us in and out. Overall it was a great place and I would stay again.

This property was great for us. We really appreciated the beautiful sunrises every morning and being able to sit on the lanai or walk on the beautiful beach. The location in Kapa’a was so convenient to groceries, and stores and some really excellent restaurants. Being in Kapa’a also allowed us to take excursions from a central home base, which was very nice for planning our days. The pool was there to cool off or lay out. Everything in the apartment worked well—the kitchen had everything we needed to do a lot of cooking. We made our own smoothies and piña coladas in the blender. We made use of the grill and enjoyed ping pong in the rec room a couple times. The masks, snorkels, beach chairs and mat got used almost every day. They seemed to have almost everything we needed to enjoy Kauai, including a great guide book and other useful literature. In short, our stay was really great.Everyone has their own expectations and so this may not be important to you. A couple of issues we had were the condition of the apartment being a bit dated and kind of stark and we felt the floors and baseboards and windows could be a bit cleaner. There was some noise from upstairs neighbors that was a little jarring at times, but that’s probably mostly on them, rather than this property. Anyway, weighing everything we really enjoyed our stay and feel it was a great choice for us.

Wonderful unit! Clean, set up was great. Good location, central on the east side. Unit owners are very nice and have great communication. Made sure we knew about the tsunami warning and even gave tips on where to go. The beach is very relaxing.

Location location

We enjoyed our stay, very convenient location, there's a Safeway across the street at a shopping mall with a couple stores and a Ross store for last minute shopping. The bldg can use some TLC but, our unit was clean, we used the grill the 2 nights we stayed here and had a nice location close to the airport and the helicopter. Will highly recommend this condo, we will definitely come back. The host had great communication, parking was convenient.

Kauai Trip

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. Great property in Kapaa, the house is just in ground floor so easy to access and the back door just a few steps from the pool and the beach. The owner communicates fast and very helpful. Totally recommended.
