An easy 20 minute drive to Boulder, & within an hour of Rocky Mtn. National Park & Eldora Ski Resort!

The space...
Living room boasts a cozy electric fireplace & down-filled couches. Large, fully-stocked kitchen for prepping meals & dining table that comfortably seats (6). Breakfast bar/workspace overlooks private, lush backyard. Clean, comfortable bedrooms, each w/ memory-foam matresses, luxury linens & black-out window coverings. Twin roll-away bed available to accomodate 7th guest. Have a soak in the clawfoot tub, or unwind in the sizeable walk-in shower (organic bath products, plush cotton towels, & spa robes provided!). Enjoy the CO sunshine on the covered front porch, or on back patio overlooking the private yard w/outdoor seating.

From start to finish, this listing, its host and the home itself were beyond compare. Jennell responded to my initial question quickly and then gave me incredible suggestions when planning my visit for the best places to grab a sandwich or a great cup of coffee. It is rare these days for the pics to match the house exactly. But in this case, the pics didn't do the house justice. Check in was a breeze. The house was impeccably clean and well stocked. Thoughtful touches included extra toiletries, selections of teas and coffees, luxurious bed linens and towels, robes and house shoes. Every room had extras. The light in the house was incredible, the backyard a dream and the house was in walking distance of Main Street which has the best restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and shopping. I didn't want to leave! I cannot imagine there is a better place to stay. We were in town for a wedding in Lyons. The house was only 20 away and the best place to stay for events there. I am incredibly grateful to Jennell for making us feel at home and pampered. Do not think twice -- book her place immediately!

Our family was in town for a wedding weekend and we had a wonderful stay at the Longmont house! It was perfect for us and our four adult children. The check-in process was effortless; Jennell was very responsive to all our questions regarding the house and supplied us with an extensive list of great restaurants in the area! The house was super clean and stocked with coffee, teas, creamers, sugars, honey spices and oil/butter for cooking! There were also plenty of towels and wonderful organic bath products! Will definitely stay here again if we are visiting Colorado!

Fantastic and unique

Beautifully renovated home maintained the historic details with all the modern conveniences. Everything was lovely and our 7 year old daughters particularly enjoyed sleeping in the nook on the second floor that’s just high enough for a kid that age to stand up in.
