Nearly 3000 SqFt of fun space, 15 ft+ high ceiling, heated pool, hotel sized Spa hot tub, 7 ft pool table, and Foosball table. Just 15 min drive to UC Davis Campus & Medical Center, Downtown, Old Sacramento, conventional center, and 20 min drive the airport! Half way between San Francisco and Lake Tahoe/Reno! Top quality touches throughout. Located in a family friendly neighborhood yet just 5 min drive from grocery, dinning, and biking/walking trails. Perfect place to relax with easy access to everything! Please enjoy the pool and hot tub spa (included, no charge). The house has a little of everything. It is spacious and comfortable. You can play foosball and more, cook, bake and enjoy the pool. The manager is very responsive and helpful.

We stayed at this home for a Vrbo getaway and had a very pleasant experience overall. The jacuzzi and the pool were very enjoyable and relaxing, and we truly made the most of them during our stay.There are a couple of small things in the house that could be fixed, which I mention only as a friendly recommendation for the owner, but they are very minimal and did not affect our stay.The house is quite large and very cozy, perfect for a family. We were a group of eight people, and both my family and I really enjoyed being there. We had a great time and felt comfortable throughout our stay. The host was attentive and available whenever we needed anything. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Fun for all ages!

My large family stayed here 2 nights for my daughter’s graduation and had so much fun! I appreciate the cleanliness, the size, number of beds, and entertainment for all ages. Even my screenagers played together!

Our family of 6 adults and four children enjoyed our stay . We enjoyed the clean house, the pool, the games, the large kitchen, the Tesla charger, and the roomy areas inside and out to talk and relax.Our host, Jason, was very accommodating and answered all questions in minutes. There were some requests from the host as to where to park and outdoor noise but these were in keeping with a Good Neighbor policy which benefits everyone and they were easy to follow.It was a very nice family-friendly stay.

Staycation

Really enjoyed ourselves at this beautiful west Sacramento home. We barbecued which they had all the equipment ready to go for me. It was really hot outside on the days we were there but it didn’t matter to us because the pool was so nice, so we spent most of our time outside. Any questions I had Jay, the property manager was very quick to respond.

Perfect family house

We highly recommend this home. We were multigenerational family visiting for a 80th birthday. The home was perfect. The hot tub was hot and the pool warm. BBQ was great. The pool and foosball tables kept teenagers and adults entertained. The kitchen was spacious and perfect for lining up self serving at mealtimes. Comfy beds and great combinations of bunk beds and trundles. We will definitely rent on next trip to visit local family.

Nice pool in suburban Sac

This is a great house for a weekend away with kids. The pool is nice, with warm water in the summer even without heating it. It's not huge but big enough for a few kids and adults. The Foosball and pool table are fun. The interior is recently renovated and the bedding and towels look almost new. There is not much right around the house but you are 10-15 min from downtown sac. We had a great time.

Girls trip

House is located in a nice neighborhood with a park nearby for walking, and only a 15 minute drive from the Capitol. House has giant kitchen with upscale appliances and was generally clean. Unfortunately, we had trouble operating the stove, coffee maker, front door lock, Nest A/C controls, kitchen faucet, shower in upstairs main bath. Simple instructions in a house book would have been helpful. Maintenance was a bit spotty given the price of the house; trash in flower beds, metal protruding through mesh in patio furniture, broken leg on side table in yard furniture, broken spindle on stairs, living room window cover not working. Also, thinly supplied; no foil, plastic wrap, napkins or tissue, no hot pads or bath rugs. Half a dozen "DO NOT" signs plastered on walls very unwelcoming.

Gorgeous Property!!

Property is new and clean with all required necessities for your stay! Has hotel style soaps and shampoos, lotsa towels too! Pool and hot tub is good size. Has foosball table and pool table to keep everyone entertained. Bedrooms are good size, beds are comfortable. Host is quick to respond and extremely accommodating to our requests. Would definitely stay here again!

We work in the Bay Area and since the COVID started, we are able to work away from office on some weeks. We sometimes just want to get away from work and Bay Area to relax. We wanted somewhere hotter with a spacious yard and a swimming pool for our kids... we figured Sacramento marked all the check boxes! We enjoy this home so much and hope you will too!
