Beautiful location , very clean with gorgeous yard for our dog. Loved the deck and fireplace. Kitchen was fully equipped. Cozy and comfortable bedding. Large area to gather . Nice furniture and decorative. Will definitely come back .

We had a wonderful stay in Bolton Landing. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and had absolutely stunning lake views. The host thought of everything — from complimentary snacks and beverages to all the essentials you could possibly need, which made us feel right at home.It’s a gorgeous spot for a relaxing getaway, and the location is perfect — close to town, but still peaceful and scenic. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to come back again!

Everything was wonderful. The view is amazing and the outdoor property is very nice as well. Check in was easy and the host Anna went out of her way to let us know things to do with our toddler. The weather was amazing which definitely helped. One of the best experiences we’ve had with VRBO.

Simply the best

This is our 3rd time staying here and every year it is perfect. Anna & Lenny are fantastic and in contact right away if you need anything, the house is beautiful, the view is unlike anywhere else, the beds are SO comfortable, and it's just a couple minute drive to downtown. We hope to rent here every year while our kids grow up! :) Highly recommend.

South Farm cottage was perfect!

An incredible view of the Lake George and the Adirondack mountains. The home was clean, quiet and comfortable with excellent communication from the host. We would highly recommend staying at South Farm for anyone wanting to enjoy the beauty of the Adirondacks.

Beautifully Secluded, Yet Close to Everything!

This was our first time visiting Lake George, and we absolutely loved it! The home was spotless, with breathtaking views all around. It had a wonderfully secluded feel, giving us plenty of privacy, yet it was conveniently located right off a main road, so it was easy to find and access. The landscaping was stunning and well-maintained, making the outdoor space just as enjoyable as the inside. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque retreat!

Spectacular Peaceful Paradise

The property has gorgeous views of the lake. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is so peaceful to sit on the deck and enjoy coffee in the morning or star gazing at night. There is a great fire pit. There is room for corn hole on the lawn. Plenty of parking. We brought our boat and the house is only about 3 minutes to all Bolton marinas. The host Anna went out of her way to be sure our visit was perfect. The only negative was a week is not long enough. We will definitely be back.

The home was welcoming from the minute we arrived. Beautifully maintained inside & out with amazing views. Host was very easy to communicate with & left many helpful touches to welcome us. Close to a quaint Main Street & beaches. Highly recommend this home for your vacation!!

Beautiful views in a spacious Bolton

Our family enjoyed five days at this Bolton property and very much enjoyed it. There was an abundance of room for my husband and I and our three children to spread out. We enjoyed the gorgeous views of Lake George while both inside the home and from the deck. The home was equipped with most everything we needed to cook breakfast in the mornings. The washing machine and detergents were also helpful as we washed our clothes and towels daily after our rigorous outdoor activities. When we first arrived, there was an unfortunate power outage in the area due to a storm that came through town and we were without water and air conditioning for one evening. Anna made sure to keep in touch with us via text and relayed any updates. The location was close to town-great shops, beaches and restaurants a short car drive away. We appreciated the quiet location of the home-away from the hub of the town of Lake George which is very congested. Thank you for opening up your home to us. It was a wonderful five days.

Stay at Bolton

My two sons and I had a wonderful weekend at Anna's home. The views are incredible and the home has everything you could possibly need. Just a short drive into Bolton with many wonderful restaurants, shops and plenty of options for outdoor activities.Would definitely stay here again!

Mini vacation

Family of 4 and our yorkie had such a great stay..rooms were a nice size with king sized bed, the view was terrific, property was very tightly groomed too, house was clean and we had a wonderful stay!!!

Beautiful View

My husband and I spent two nights in Bolton Landing. Even with rain, the view from this home is lovely. Several good restaurants close by which we loved. We also took a one hour boat cruise to see more from the water which we enjoyed. The welcome wine, snacks, toiletries, really show the hosts’ commitment to their place and were appreciated and enjoyed by their guests! Thank you! Loved staying here.
