Enjoy the stunning views of crystal-clear Lake George and mountains in Northwest Bay.. The wrap around deck overlooks a small but private beach. This rustic 3 bedroom house sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms a master with a king, queen and 2 bunk beds and a loft . Internet/cable is included for the 65" TV in the family room, 32" TV in the master and queen rooms.. This newly renovated home is decorated in an Adirondack theme with a 15 foot cathedral ceiling. Home includes a propane grill, patio table and Adirondack chairs and a outdoor fireplace. There are two new kayaks and paddle boards(and PDF's) for your enjoyment on the lake.

Located 2 miles north of charming downtown Bolton, the town offers a variety of restaurants, 2 beaches, tennis courts and a picnic area.

There is a local grocery store and convenient store/gas station as well as many amenities available. There are many hiking trails with different levels of difficulty.

Unfortunately this home does not have a dock available this season.

CAUTION: This home has a loft area as well as steep stairs going to the 2nd floor and caution should be exercised if bringing children.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 10:00 AM.

This home was just what the doctor ordered. Perfectly situated for all the things we wanted to do in lake George. The house was immaculate and well stocked. Robert was accessible for any questions and tips. We loved it:)

Perfect Lake Home

This magnificent home was exactly what our family was looking for for a weekend getaway. Robert was kind and a very tentative host. He made sure we made the most of our stay. My favorite part was being able to wake up and look outside to see beautiful Lake George. It made this whole trip worth it. Will be looking to re book next summer!

Wonderful place to stay to get away.

First time to Lake George and this location was wonderful. The house itself very nice and accommodating. It had everything we needed for our stay...and more. Robert was there to greet us and walk us around and give us some recommendations from things to do and places to eat. At the house, there are beautiful views of the lake. We also kayaked using kayaks at the house. Can not stay enough good things about this house. We would definitely stay again. Thank you, Robert!

Wonderful Getaway

Our whole experience here from start to finish was wonderful. I brought my three young children and my two parents away for three nights and this was the perfect escape. The house itself is immaculate and had everything you can possibly need. And you cannot beat the location. Waking up to have morning coffee while looking out on the lake with the snow falling was like a dream! My family and I have traveled to the Lake George/Bolton Landing area for decades now. This was by far the best trip yet and we would happily go back any time. I cannot say enough about Robert and his wife...Wonderful people and incredible hosts!

My sister and I spent a week at this lovely house. Super clean, convenient and cozy and right on the lake! The views and grounds are stunning. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Robert, the host, is nothing short of gracious, accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend this property for a memorable vacation.

The pictures do not describe how beautiful the house and grounds are.

We spent a week with our 2 teens. Rented a boat in town, and had an incredible time on the lake. The host was a great communicator and very gracious. The gardens, which aren’t pictured, are exquisite. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a clean, comfortable, well-equipped home, with a little private beach and kayaks and paddle boards for use during your stay. We loved our time here.

We had a wonderful time at this lake house. The views are absolutely amazing. We had fun taking the kayaks and paddle boards out for a nice ride. And definitely enjoyed our evenings by the fire pit!

Great Summer Vacation

This was our favorite spot to spend the week on Lake George. It was a great location, just north of town on a very calm portion of the lake. The house was perfect, clean and very comfortable for two families of 4. We loved having direct access to the lake. The home's kayaks and paddle boards were great and we made lots of use of these (also plenty of life jackets). There's plenty of privacy and we loved the fire-pit and garden! Plus, there are amazing views of the lake and Tongue Mountain.

Lake George Bolton landing

We had a wonderful time even with a rainy week. Cost living room area and a great loft with a beautiful view. Relaxing and peaceful. We were in the water everyday and appreciated the use of the kayaks and stand up paddle boards.

Great vacation!

Impeccably clean and perfect location! We really enjoyed our time on the lake (my husband and I along with our two kids ages 10 and 13). The property owners are very hands on and accommodating. The house is comfortable and has everything you would need to feel at home. Including beach access to the lake. We look forward to coming back!

Our June Getaway

Perfect house to rent! The decor was super cute, and the house was very clean when we arrived. We loved our stay and the lake view was beautiful! The kids (age range from 14-23) had a great time using the kayaks and stand up boards available right from the house. The sunrise was amazing from the deck and the outside fireplace was fun to use as well! The location was great, close to Bolton center and a public beach. The owner was on hand, too, when we had any questions. We hope to return again next summer!!

Great weekend getaway

We stayed for a weekend bachelorette party for my sister. I cannot say enough good things about the cleanliness of the house, the location was perfect and there were beautiful views of the lake. We enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards. Overall wonderful experience!

Cannot say enough good things about Robert’s home! A beautiful, lakefront property that was clean, well kept and had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend. The house was spotless, and we enjoyed watching the sunset and rise from the large deck. Everything was perfect!

Long weekend in Bolton

We rented this property for a long weekend in September. The house is beautiful, as is the location. It was perfect for our two families of four. The kids loved the lake, but the small water feature in the backyard where they could catch frogs was a bonus hit! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was very responsive and even loaned us some fishing poles for our stay. I would highly recommend this house and we hope to visit again.

Great Girls Weekend

Incredibly awesome weekend! Couldn’t have asked for more! The property was cozy, comfortable and extremely well appointed! Some of us were looking for the tag on the bedding as it was so comfortable! Robert, the owner was gracious, kind and even brought us pamphlets to local trails! Saturday afternoon we brought our snacks and cocktails to the outdoor fireplace and enjoyed the slightly chilly Adirondack evening! We hated to leave but are already know we will return soon!!!!

Beautiful views!!!

We had a great time! Especially enjoyed the location. Right on the lake! Waking up to sun shining on the lake was beautiful! The house itself was comfortable with enough room for our family of 6 adults and 1 teen. Everything inside was newly done and very clean. Very easy to feel at home. Has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The garden was stunning. All enjoyed the plants and pond with it’s frogs who we all got to know. The outdoor fireplace made for fun outdoor nights. Some of us got to kayak for the first time and loved it. Again, the best part was we could do All this right outside the house. Robert was helpful and easy to contact if needed. But honestly everything was easy and convenient that we really didn’t need anything. It was all right there. Would highly recommend this house!!! Thanks again Robert for giving us the opportunity to enjoy your home And the beautiful Lake George!!!

Our family has lived in Bolton for 22 years. We are from northern NJ but live here mostly in the summer and winter skiing. We have three grown boys that have enjoyed their summers here working, hiking and enjoying the lake.
