Enjoy fun and relaxation at the Jersey shore! This is a second floor unit with a private home unit below. It's a nice quiet street, so no loud guests will be permitted. Located 4 houses from the beach, the unit features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, balcony deck, and off street parking for up to 2 vehicles. It is an ideal place to create wonderful new memories for you and your family.

The second floor deck provides fantastic views of sunrises over the beach dunes, as well as a great spot to catch a breeze and listen to the crashing of the waves. Located just 4 houses from the beach, it's easy to get down to the sand for some fun in the sun or relaxation.

Inside is a simple and quaint setup with central air conditioning and space for the whole family. The bunk bed room is a particular hit with the kids.

The living room is equipped with a smart TV provided for logging into any of your streaming services as well as very basic antenna TV. There is WiFi available as well. The house is keyless and a code will be provided for entry.

Down on the first floor you will have access to a laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as use of the outside shower after returning from the beach.

All guests must be over the age of 21 or accompanied by a family member or guardian of an appropriate age.

We really enjoyed staying here! Although the weather wasn't in our favor, the location was great, quiet but close to fun, and the property was a great space to relax and hang out. The host was very communicative and replied quickly to answer questions. Would recommend to others if you're looking for a walkable spot by the beach and boardwalk!

Stayed here to attend a family funeral! This house was an amazing place to stay, very clean, and the property owners very responsive! Amazing proximity to the beach and the boardwalk! Will definitely stay here again in the future!!

Great Stay in Seaside Park!

My family had a great stay at this property in Seaside Park, NJ! Only 4 houses from the beach, you can even hear the ocean from the 2nd floor deck. We'd love to stay again in the future.

Great little place!

Our group needed a place to stay after an event in Tom's River. It was a great place that suited our needs. Communication with the owner was easy and check-in was smooth. Location to the beach can't be beat and I watched the sunrise on our last morning. Would recommend staying here if you need a place in Seaside Park!

This property is well laid out, cutely decorated and clean. The owners are very friendly. It's in a great location, a very short walk to the beach and amusements. I highly recommend it.

It was awesome. When you walked into the house it felt like home. It was done up nicely. It was a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. Looking forward to booking next year. We had a great time here.

Fantastic, clean, spacious beachfront house

We had a wonderful weekend by the beautiful Jersey shore.House seems a lot larger inside. Very clean and upgraded bathrooms. Lots of towels and linens. Fully stocked kitchen. And just a few minutes walk from the boardwalk.

Great spot. Plenty of room for everyone if they needed to stay. Only a few stayed over Saturday night. Watched the Eagles dominate the Chiefs in the Super Bowl...fantastic time.

Great property with tremendous location

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Check-in was a breeze, the property information was readily available, and the floor plan is actually a little better than advertised. The location of the property could not be better. The beach is half a block away. You're a few blocks south of where the Seaside Heights boardwalk really starts, so you get an easy walk to all the fun stuff and a quiet neighborhood to come home and relax in. Bonus note: the double rain head shower in the en suite is nicer than the shower in almost every hotel I've stayed in.

The property was nicer than expected, and well stocked with kitchen items needed, sheets and towels. Host was very responsive with questions I had before and throughout our stay. Plenty of games to play and nice yard to play in. They deck was an enjoyable place to relax and people watch.Only issue was the driveway holds all four cars one behind the other. The first person that was in the downstairs apartment did not move their car from the end of the driveway (closest to the street) so others could not access it. Fortunately, there was enough street parking available, but not sure what happens during the height of the summer.
