SUPERBE NOUVELLE maison à trois familles, vue sur l'océan sur la plage !!

Récemment construite, Ortley Beach, maison de trois familles avec trois appartements séparés. L'appartement n ° 1 est situé au rez-de-chaussée. Il a deux chambres à coucher et 1. 5 salles de bain, air climatisé central, laveuse / sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, électroménagers en acier inoxydable et comptoirs en granit. Il est également livré avec 6 laissez-passer de plage et une douche extérieure ultramoderne avec serrure, afin que vous puissiez ranger votre équipement de plage sans soucis. Profitez de s'asseoir sur le porche couvert en regardant et en écoutant les vagues qui se brisent le long du rivage. Dînez ensuite sur le pont arrière après avoir grillé sur votre propre Webber Grill. Pas de soucis s'il fait chaud dehors, cette terrasse a un ventilateur de plafond pour vous garder au frais. Une place de stationnement attribuée dans l'allée par unité, et le stationnement hors rue est gratuit. Le wifi, le câble et 3 télévisions à écran plat garantissent que les ladys peuvent regarder HGTV pendant que les gars regardent le jeu. À quelques pas de l'océan et à distance de marche des restaurants, du golf miniature, de l'arcade et du glacier. Moins d'un mile de la promenade Seaside Heights. Great location & Perfectly Maintained

The house is perfectly walkable. It was wonderful with two little kids, we could pull them in the wagon all the way to the boardwalk. Plenty of coffee shops and food close by, not to mention the beach is across the street!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The location was perfect, steps from the beach, walking distance to restaurants, boardwalk. The house was very clean, updated, just perfect for what we wanted. The covered front porch was great for coffee or cocktails. We had many meals on the covered back porch as well. Great trip.,

Convenient access to private beach

Very friendly management and convenient beach house. There might be lightning and thunder storms where you have to be off the boardwalk, this house saved us as it was so close and helpful just as needed and nice amenities.

Lovely Place

We loved our stay on the first floor. Very clean and nice location! My son loved playing on the front porch when it was raining. Short walk to the beach and easy drive to the boardwalk. Susan was easy to communicate with. Will stay here again next year!

Such a great place and a wonderful location!!

This was our 2nd year at this house and we already booked next year there. Susan, the property owner is very nice and responsive. The place is immaculate, the location can’t be beat… steps from Ortley Beach. Everything in the unit is updated and is very nicely furnished. 2 enthusiastic thumbs up!!

Great place to rent!

Apartment was beautiful. New and very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Our apartment had a nice covered deck with table and chairs right off the kitchen. Area is very quiet. Great location to the beach. Would highly recommend!

Perfect in every way!

I can’t say enough about Susan and this property. The place was super clean and beautifully decorated. The room with the two twin beds was perfect for my girls, they loved it! And the king bed in the master was so comfy. Prior to my stay, Susan was responsive and answered all my questions promptly. The location was awesome! So close to the beach which was important for me having 2 young daughters. The covered back porch with fan was an awesome bonus which allowed us to eat every meal outside even when it was raining. Shannon greeted us upon check in and was so friendly. She showed us how to work the lock box and where out outdoor shower/storage space was and other details about the property. I can’t wait to go back!

Lovely place. Very clean. Terrific location except for the very noisy renovation , demolition going on next door.( no one's fault) No linens provided should be explained in listing found out by reading another review. Really only negative for a great place. dish supplies almost out (dish and dishwasher detergent ran out) batteries in tv remotes had to be replaced ,(they were corroded)

Great Location!

You cannot be much closer to the beach entrance. Easy parking and great outdoor spaces. Simple checkin and checkout. Linens available for a fee, remember this, and if you forget as this is uncommon where you are, the host and property manager saved us with last minute linens.

Great rental!

We had a wonderful week! The location of this property is perfect. Great neighborhood & close proximity to the beach. Loved sitting on the front porch enjoying the view & ocean breeze, and sitting around the table in the back was fantastic for meals and playing board games. This rental was incredibly clean upon arrival and the owner was wonderful to communicate with. Perfect spot for our family of 4. We would love to return next summer!

Just as nice as I remembered!

This was our 2nd stay in this unit. It was just as nice as we remembered. It’s modern and clean and one house in from Ocean Ave. It’s a short walk to restaurants and shops too. If you are looking to go away with multiple families, ask about the 2 other units in the house, just as nice!

Repeat Stay!

If you are looking for a true getaway at the Jersey Shore this is it! This is my families second stay at this property. It is just steps to the beach, comes with 6 badges (unheard of!!) and on top of being extremely clean - EVERYTHING is beautiful and brand new! Can’t wait to book for next year!

Perfect Beach Week!

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful and was perfect for just the two of us with a few day time family visitors. House was close to the beach and walking distance to the Seaside and Lavalette boardwalks. Parking was simple and always accessible on the road. Check in was easy! Looking forward to booking another week in the future.

Family 4 day trip

Our stay this June was great. Property and location were everything we wanted and just a short drive to the boardwalk. One thing to note is that there aren’t any curtains so you could be up with the birds if you are a light sleeper ! I would definitely stay here again :)

Excellent location!

This rental was amazing - just a short walk from the beach and close enough to the boardwalk for exciting entertainment, but far enough to get some peace and quiet too. Property was beautiful and all the amenities were too notch. Clean, and very organized. Look forward to renting again.
