I am a licensed CPA and Realtor. My husband and co-host Ivan is also a CPA and used to work in real estate as well. When we are not prepping tax returns or working on our house, we're both lovers of good food, bad dad jokes and spending lots of time with our two young children.
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
This house was our first family home. We fell in love with the abundant outdoor space and historic charm of this home which is a rare thing to find in Houston with such close proximity to downtown. It was a wonderful commute for us when we were working downtown (a quick bus ride or a 6-minute drive) and we have many happy memories of our family walks in the shade of the neighborhood's beautiful oak trees.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
The home is located in historic Eastwood, a leafy area boasting beautiful mature live oaks. Survey the downtown skyline across the trees from the porch, then take a walk to find the local Mexican bakery down the road or Coral Sword for board games and beer. Downtown is within easy reach by car, rideshare, or public transportation.
-No parties or events of any kind.
-No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vape, cigar, marijuana, etc.) Any violation will result in a $250 deep cleaning fee.
-No pets or animals of any kind. Hosts have severe allergies to pet dander and because of this health concern, we cannot accept animals into the property as we do clean and occupy on a regular basis.
- Please no use of our internet/wifi for illegal purposes (illegal downloads, illegal content, etc.)
CHECK OUT- All we ask is that you run the dishwasher, turn off the lights and lock the door behind you. In an effort to be respectful of all of our guests and our wonderful cleaning team, we will charge a $300 late check-out fee.
