1st FLOOR OASIS, WALK TO BEACH, POOL, HOT TUB, & GYM

This adorable 1st floor condo has an open floor plan with the living room flowing into the kitchen and dining areas. Your kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook your meal, including pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, and even small electric appliances.

Sit back and relax watching either the television in the living room or the bedroom, you will find both Spectrum cable TV and WiFi available. Your will have a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen size pull-out sofa sleeper in the living room. Your condo also comes complete with bedding linens, bath towels, and beach towels for your convenience. A full size washer and dryer are located in the condo for your use. Enjoy drinks and dinner on your private patio.

Take a dip in the Beach Club swimming pool (heated throughout the winter), or just sit back in the hot tub. You also have 24 hour access to the fitness center and sauna.

Just a short 5 minute stroll will allow you to enjoy the beach and sand at Whitecap Beach for swimming, shell collecting, or fishing or take the car and drive down the beach for miles. Come to the coast and join us for a short vacation or plan to stay a while.

Note: There are security cameras and recording devices in the pool, gym, and parking lot areas. There is also a ring doorbell by the front door.

Great place very close to the beach

Fun condo in a great location. Everything was as advertised and the host was communicative. Makes for a great weekend get-away.

Cute condo

This unit was perfect for us! We were there with a group of friends who stayed in other units. Everything was perfect in our unit and the extra amenities made it even better. Being able to use the wagon, beach chairs and beach towels was perfect for our short walk to beach. We enjoyed the long weekend and our accommodations! Thanks!

We loved the location of the condo. Pool was warmer this year than in the past. Condo had beach towels. One complaint is that the benches at the pool were very uncomfortable. They need cushions for sure.

Nice getaway

This place is great! It is very relaxing and very close to the beach! The only thing that was negative was that the email stated check in was 3 but when we got to the location the door code wouldn't work. But it was fixed when I called the owner. Overall it was great and I would recommend it to anyone!

Sisters' trip

This property was well kept with nice decor and finishings. It was very comfortable and just a short walk to the beach.. Suzanne the host kept me up to date on info pertaining to the condo unit. We would stay here again.

Weekend getaway

This property was perfect as far as location. Close to the beach and to many fishing locations. Very clean, pet friendly, and easy check-in process. We definitely will be renting this property again in the future.
