Bienvenue à Gracemir House, notre maison caribéenne de Providenciales, des îles Turks et Caicos au cœur de Grace Bay, près de la plage de Grace Bay. Nous ne sommes pas sur la plage mais nous sommes situés dans un quartier résidentiel calme et populaire de Grace Bay, à proximité des principaux centres de villégiature (Royal West Indies, Grace Bay Club, Villa Del Mar) restaurants, casino, terrain de golf et shopping. Il est à seulement quelques pas du Coco Bistro, un restaurant de l'île et à proximité du terrain de golf. Nous profitons d'un quartier très privé. La maison a une terrasse enveloppante et des patios couverts et ouverts. Il y a un bain à remous et une piscine adaptée aux enfants entourée de jardins tropicaux bien entretenus et d'arbres. La résidence de 2000 pieds carrés a un lit queen à baldaquin dans la chambre principale et la chambre d'hôtes a deux lits queen. Il y a un lit escamotable queen dans le salon principal. Il y a 3 salles de bain complètes, l'une étant pratique pour le lit escamotable, d'autres sont ensuite. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis pour votre confort. Venez profiter de notre petit coin de paradis, des vents chauds, des plages étendues, du soleil et d'un large choix de restaurants. informations sur la maison et les recommandations locales. Notre contact sur l'île passera par après votre arrivée pour vous assurer que vous êtes à l'aise et orienté avec la propriété. Un guide complet de notre maison et de nos restaurants, boutiques, plages et activités préférés vous sera envoyé avant votre arrivée afin que vous puissiez planifier vos vacances et trouver votre chemin! La location de voitures est fortement recommandée, cela vous aidera à profiter des commodités et des sites touristiques autour de l'île et ils sont économiques par rapport aux taxes. Les réservations à l'avance sont recommandées pour les grandes périodes de vacances. Grace Bay Car Rentals est très proche et propose une prise en charge à l'aéroport. D'autres grandes agences de location de voitures sont disponibles. Nous utilisons personnellement Grace Bay Car Rental (Thrifty) et avons trouvé leur service excellent. À Grace Bay, tout tourne autour de la plage mais après une journée au soleil, vous rentrerez chez vous pour prendre un verre relaxant au bord de la piscine ou sur la terrasse avant, nous sommes entourés de végétation, abritant de nombreux oiseaux tropicaux et fleurs. We really enjoyed the covered porch area in the back. The yard had lovely landscaping and the ever present breeze was really nice. Pool is as pictured, small but perfect for quick dips with relaxing seating on a small deck. There is no water or beach view, but we knew that and honestly enjoyed the garden view just as much, very quiet. Host was very responsive to questions by phone, email or text.

We had a great time at Gracemir house. Tina was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. She offered lots of suggestions on where to go and eat. The house has lots of space to spread out which was perfect for our older teens. We rented a car so that we could explore the island but often walked into Grace Bay for meals or to go to the beach.

The house was great- wonderful layout with plenty of room for us and our college age kids. The kitchen is very well equipped! We enjoyed biking to the beach, town and the grocery store daily! The host was wonderful to work with! We would definitely stay there again!

Gracemir House is an oasis on the island of Provo. The spacious home had plenty of room for our family of six, and we loved the greenery of the outdoor spaces especially in the backyard where the deck and pool gave us a great place to relax. Gracemir is located in a perfect spot close to Grace Bay Blvd and all the shops, restaurants, and Grace Bay itself. We were 3 minutes from the beach and could easily get to the IGA supermarket or other places on the island. The home was clean and cool, and a great place to unwind. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and other needs so it was easy to eat in. Thoughtful touches like an outdoor hose for spraying off the sand, a Ring security system, and even a first aid kit made this a place we felt safe and sound in. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This home has everything to make your stay in TCI perfect! Terrific location within walking distance to Grace Bay beach. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gracemir.

Pleasant stay and easy location

Loved being so accessible to Grace Bay, Coco Van/Coco Bistro, and not too far a drive to the nicest beaches (primarily Bight/Leeward) Definitely get a car in general for TCI but the property and hosts were great and helpful overall!

Great stay!

While not beachfront, the property has an island vibe - nicely landscaped, pool, outdoor sitting areas. It is very close to shops and restaurants and THE BEACHES! The kitchen exceeded our expectations. The hosts were always available and responded quickly. I would recommend this property.

Perfect place to stay in Paradise

We had a great stay and will definitely book again. The house was in a perfect location and was fully loaded with everything we needed for the beach, meals at home, and anything we have needed. Tina kept in regular contact with us and was readily available to answer any questions we may have had.

Perfect accommodations

Wonderful location and fantastic property - lots of room, very private, well equipped in every way include beach chairs and umbrellas. The hosts are very attentive and helpful. Its very close to the beach - walking distance to beach and town. We would definitely go back and will recommend to anyone who travels to Providenciales.

Terrific house for our family trip.

Gracemuir was the perfect spot for our family trip. My wife and I, and our two adult sons. The VRBO description was spot on, and communication with Tina was absolutely terrific. Very easy reservation and check in process, and a very well appointed home for our holiday. Everything was terrific!

Location location!

You can't beat the location of this place. Two minutes to Grace Bay, 5 minutes to Long Bay, walking (or biking) distance to shopping and restaurants, so convenient. The house has absolutely everything you need, plus it's in a super quiet neighborhood. Tina the owner was a gem to deal with. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing vacation!

I stayed at Gracemir house for 2 weeks with my husband and our 19 year old son. The house was very spacious and very clean. The property is in a great location and is very private. Everything is close by - the beach, the restaurants, the grocery store, the shops! The host, Tina, is very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would not hesitate to go back!

Turks stay

The house is almost perfect. Great location to the beach and restaurants and shopping. The air conditioning in the master was not keeping that room cool. Owner was responsive and said she would have the tech look in to it. That is the only complant. Loved the house and the privacy it provided, the pool was just the right size to cool off in and enjoy the sun. 8 out of 10.

Amazing

My husband and I were at Gracemir for 2 weeks. It was a great place to stay. Everything we needed including a pool. Close to the beach, restaurants, shops and grocery store. We were able to mostly walk to all these places. The host and property manager where always available and great in giving us suggestions on where to go. We had a great time and if we are every in Turks and Caicos again, we'll try to rent Gracemir again.

Perfect location & great for family

First time travelling to T&C and Gracemir was the perfect house for our family of 4. The location is great; you are close to beaches, restaurants, shopping and the golf course yet still in a quiet secluded neighborhood. The house is well equipped with everything we needed (beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkellin equipment, and so much more). The rooms are spacious, the back deck was lovely for sitting and drinking coffee in the morning, as well as for working (for those who can't completely unplug, internet access is great). The owners checked in on us to make sure we were happy with everything and always responded right away to any inquiries. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Provo vacay

We had a last minute Vrbo cancellation and upon a new location search found the Gracemir House. Tina was able to quickly accommodate us for the days needed. When we arrived she had the property manager Getho meet us and show us around and available amenities. Tina herself also called to make sure everything was fine and if we needed anything. The house has everything you would need on vacation, beach chairs, bikes, snorkeling, and was clean and in pristine condition. The location can’t be beat. Would definitely stay again!

This were excellent guests and we would be pleased to host them again. VRBO mobile owner app incorrected registered a 4* review for them when I submitted the rating on the mobile app that apparently has a glitch. They are indeed a 5*. I am currently trying to have VRBO amend the rating but they refuse. This is unfortunate policy. and it affects excellent guests

A Great Place to Stay

Our family which included my wife and I, and two grown sons, stayed at GraceMir House for a week. We had a fabulous time that was made complete with the comforts of this property. The property is very spacious and the layout worked great for the four of us. The living area is separated nicely from the two bedrooms, so those of us that are early risers could get the day started without bothering the others. We didn't cook too much, but the kitchen was set up well, and the appliances including washer/dryer/grill were all in new condition. Tina was very helpful with any questions and needs that we had, and we will definitely consider staying here again on a return trip to the island.

Perfect in every way!

Gracemir House had everything we needed to enjoy a 10 day family vacation. We were a group of four adults travelling with an infant and found the property to have a great mix of private and shared seating areas to ensure everyone had a relaxing visit. A good quality travel crib and tv's in very room for end of day crashing were appreciated. The location can't be beat. We rented a car for three days but found we could easily walk to the beach and into town for groceries and restaurants the rest of the time. We used the bikes and helmets for a couple of longer trips. Tina was very helpful and answered quickly whenever we had a question or concern. Getho kept the pool and property spotless so outdoor time was even more enjoyable. We would love to come back some day.

great home and hotel alternative for family or couples

We (2) stayed at Gracemir during November and found it to be a great alternative to the Grace Bay hotels. It is exactly as depicted in the pictures, with the nice addition that the owners have just added a small pool off the large deck. It is 2 large bedrooms, each with its own bath, and separated by a living area and full kitchen. So, this is ideal if you have a family of 4, or 2 couples traveling together. It is a 5 min walk to Coco Bistro, but maybe 20 mins to the beach. You can walk to about 6 places to eat, but its too far to walk to the store (there are bikes provided). A car is a major plus for staying here. The island is fantastic and relaxing. The owners were very responsive to a few problems, namely internet access and the air conditioning (operator error!), and they seem genuinely committed to making your stay enjoyable.

It is less than 10 minutes to the beach by foot to the Grace Bay Club access but I know that having a car meant you were able to try different areas of Grace bay beach. Nice location and nothing you don’t need

The place was wonderful, clean everything you need and more. They have done well with special touches. Be careful of the floors very slippery first few days. Enjoyed the area went jogging and walking in the neighborhood every day with now worries. A few dogs here and there but they was contained behind fences. Walking distance to pretty much everything. How ever was not impressed with the island itself, not much to do, people were not very friendly at all. Did some tour things and they was nice but restaurants, stores not so much. Very exspencsive for food at grocery stores or eating out. Would not be a place we would return to. But nice to say we went!

We first visited Providenciales in 1987 and fell in love with this wonderful Island. We love the opportunity to escape our Canadian winters but have found it enjoyable at any time of year . Like watching a child grow, Provo has come of age as a world class destination from its sleepy, get away from it all beginnings. We have built this home with the amenities we expect at home, but with that extra sunshine. It is fully furnished, with internet and cable and with a flexible floor plan that sleeps 6. We hope you enjoy Providenciales as much as we do.

We love the privacy of a residential area, yet the proximity to all the important amenities. Most are within walking distance such as restaurants grocery store, banks, shopping and vacation activities. The beach is about 1800ft away by a short 7-9 minute walk.

The home is spacious and lends itself well to families or friends vacationing together, each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, it's own flat panel television and small kitchenette in addition to the main fully equipped kitchen, living room and outdoor living areas. A murphy bed in the living room has its own bathroom allows for private sleeping arrangement for 6. Wi-Fi access is available throughout. Tropical gardens allow for peaceful relaxation on the wrap around terrace.Paved roads and local sidewalks make it easy to get around.
