This spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home features hardwood floors throughout the first floor. The first floor offers a dining room that comfortably seats 8. A family room with a large couch and flat screen TV. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and center island. Additionally there is a sitting area off the kitchen, and a half bath. The main level includes a lovely screened-in porch with a comfortable outdoor sectional and ceiling fan. The screened-in porch leads to the new stone patio and backyard. A gas grill, an outdoor table that seats 8 with center umbrella, corn hole, and 4 Adirondack chairs will be provided for the perfect outdoor experience.

The second floor holds the master bedroom en-suite that has a new king size bed, TV, and a large walk-in closet. The master bath is a shower stall only. The second bedroom has a full size bed, the third bedroom has a queen size bed, and the last bedroom has a queen and two twin size beds-all bedrooms are nicely sized and have enough space to store personal items comfortably. The queen bed in the last bedroom looks out upon a distant view of the ocean too!

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
