TRULY RELAXING! Enjoy ocean breezes and sunrise views from the privacy of your oversized direct oceanfront balcony overlooking the pool and beach. This 2BR/2BA unit at Sandpoint Condominium is located direct oceanfront on the first floor with easy access to the pool and beach. The spacious living area is light and bright with sliding glass doors to the balcony, an open kitchen with full size appliances, breakfast bar and in unit laundry. The oceanfront main bedroom features a queen bed and attached full bath. Your guest bedroom is just steps from the 2nd bath, has two twin beds, and a desk for those of you needing a work space.
The POOL and BEACH ACCESS are OPEN! Great Daytona Beach Shores location close to grocery stores, restaurants and bridges to mainland. We would love set you up in this beautiful condominium for your next vacation!
PLEASE NOTE: There are support posts on each balcony (as pictured) and throughout the lower garage. They will remain in place as a pre-caution until a concrete restoration project is complete in the future. The project has not been scheduled at this time. The building is open for occupancy. Please ask for updates or let us know if you have any questions. There is no garage parking at this time. Only one car per unit allowed on property.Extra parking in public lot may be available across the street with a Sandpoint parking pass.

Sandpoint is located in Daytona Beach Shores which is a great area close to conveniences scuh as grocery stores, restaurants, pickleball, golf and more! It is a quieter area than the heart of Daytona Beach, but close enough to enjoy activities near by and close to two bridges for easy access to the mainland. It is the perfect spot for a relaxing stay at the beach.

This unit is located direct oceanfront on the first floor with beautiful ocean and beach views. Perfect for those that want easy access to the unit, pool and beach or just for folks that prefer a lower floor unit. It is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the large oceanfront patio which also overlooks the pool and is great spot to watch the sunrise over the ocean in the morning. The owners are excited to share their condo and you will see why they love it so much!
