Wonderful condo in a perfect location!!

I would recommend this property to anyone looking to be right in the heart of downtown GR. The property was immaculate with very comfortable accomodations. Property manager, Bryce was extremely helpful and responsive. We will absolutely be back to rent from Bryce 😊

One Night Stay

We wanted to stay within walking distance of Van Andel Arena. Perfect place for that. We would stay again. Everything was great! It is above a bar so there is noise until 2am but it was not bad at all. Host even leaves earplugs but we did not use them. Parking was easy, too.

Very nice little apartment in the heart of GR. Got a discount at the bar downstairs for staying there. I would recommend the owner get some blackout curtains due to the beginning a very bright light in the alleyway that faces the windows. The TV was also not working during our stay but the property owner said he would have it looked at. The lighting in the bathroom is a bit dim and hard for my wife to do her makeup but overall it was a great place to stay if you're looking for somewhere in the heart of the city.

Everything was great about this condo except the tap dancers upstairs 24/7 tapping on the floor. But you can’t ding them on the review for that cause it could have been another VRBO. I recommend this place but please don’t ask me to clean linens and other things when I’m paying a huge cleaning/service fee.

Graduation

My husband and I were in for my niece's graduation. This place was perfect. We enjoyed the downtown area. I wish we had more time but we will definitely stay here when we come back. Make sure to get the MOTU app when parking at the meters. Sat and Sun are free to park so we totally just spent $10.30 on Thursday and Friday to park. Read the signs on the meters though some only allow 2 hours at a time parking max. The Host Bryce was quickly reachable and answered all my questions before the trip, during and even after the trip. which was great. The pictures shown are exactly like the unit. The noise from the downstairs restaurant that some other reviews mentioned, I did not hear a thing and I'm a light sleeper. However, Bryce did have ear plugs on the bed side table if you needed them. Loved the place and would definitely stay here again.

Nice Apartment

The apartment was nice. The parking situation is not ideal. I wish the listing indicated that the apartment was over a bar and the bar kitchen. This way you can expect the noise until closing time. The neighbors upstairs were just loud. But overall it was a nice place to stay.

Perfect for a single or couple that wants to be downtown. If activity at night bothers you it’s not the best but great otherwise
