The property was perfect for me and my sister-in-law. We were in town for my niece's wedding. We had plenty of room and private space with the two bedrooms, two baths. The property was so clean and perfectly eqipped for all of our needs. The host was very attentive and provided a quick and pleasant check-in. Resturants, shops closeby.I would give this place a 5 star rating.

This place was perfect for us. We were in town for 2 nights of concerts at Van Andel Arena. There was a nice balcony we hung out on during the day. It was within a 15min drive from the arena. The beds were VERY comfortable and water pressure in the showers was great. Would stay again!

Clean and quaint.

Over all enjoyed the place, host was friendly and fast to respond. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed including plenty of coffee and water bottles ready for us on check in. Only 10-15 minutes to main things to see in Grand Rapids, it’s a great place to stay for a weekend away!

Five Stars All Around!

We loved this property! The owner was quick to reply, patient in responding to multiple e-mails and professional. The home was clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. I would book again in a heartbeat! Best of all, I forgot my watch in the shower and the owner sent it back for me!! Five Stars, all around :)

Clean and Efficient

My friend and I stayed for 2 nights, and it was just what we needed. The apartment was on the 2nd floor and one of several units. While the building and neighborhood are a little rough, the apartment and internal common area is quite clean and updated. Full kitchen, full size laundry, queen beds, and big closets. It's not far from a lot of are of stores, coffee, etc.

Great apartment - not ideal neighborhood

The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable! The pictures accurately reflect the listing, and the space was very cute. Beds were l comfy for a rental, and there were plenty of towels and extra blankets. Julien was helpful and responsive, and he was accommodating for a later check-in. My only note is that the neighborhood is a bit rough, and the parking lot isn’t well lit. My mom and I were a bit uneasy walking across the parking lot at night to they to the front door of the building. Fortunately, the building itself does require a key to access the lobby, which we were grateful for. Nothing bad necessarily, just something for female travelers specifically to be mindful of. Overall, however, a good experience!
