Cette copropriété de trois chambres, trois salles de bains au premier étage, décorée avec goût, est idéale pour une grande famille ou un groupe d'amis qui veulent partager des vacances amusantes à la plage dans l'une des plus belles stations balnéaires de la côte d'Émeraude. Le confort et le plaisir de nos clients sont la considération primordiale dans le choix du nouveau décor, avec ses magnifiques détails architecturaux, et l'équipement de l'unité avec les derniers appareils et téléviseurs de pointe. La terrasse spacieuse donne sur le luxuriant jardin paysager tropical entourant les piscines, avec l'eau turquoise du golfe du Mexique en arrière-plan, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour se détendre tout en profitant du soleil de la Floride.

Le Crescent est idéalement situé à proximité d'une grande variété de magasins et de restaurants locaux et se trouve directement sur la plage. Être une propriété de mi-hauteur, avec seulement soixante-huit unités, assure à chacun beaucoup d'espace pour se prélasser confortablement sur la plage ou autour des deux piscines, dont l'une est chauffée en saison. Cet établissement propose également deux salles de conférence, dont l'une est assez grande pour accueillir une réunion de famille ou une petite réception, un centre de fitness, une bibliothèque / centre d'affaires, un service de plage gratuit (4 chaises et 2 parasols), une réception primée personnel, ainsi que d'un complexe fermé sécurisé. Had a lovely beach Christmas at The Crescent. Very comfortable condo, beds were really great...everything was just as promised and shown. Tastefully decorated - the kitchen is very well equipped. Great appliances and washer/dryer. We felt totally at home and hated to leave.

I can’t say enough for this property and host! The condo is filled with quality furnishings, linens and kitchen equipment. The condo is beautiful and contains many extras — games, dvds, books, etc. The Crescent facility is well maintained and the beach access is excellent. Most importantly, the owners understand hospitality and are a pleasure to interact with! Will definitely rent again when in Destin.

Our stay in Crescent 115 was nothing short of amazing. The condo was CLEAN, beautiful, quiet, and had an amazing view of the pool and beach. This unit was the most well supplied unit that we have ever stayed in, and had literally anything and everything that you might need. The main master suite was amazing with a great view of the ocean, a BIG comfortable bed, and a huge bathroom with a walk-in tile shower and closet. This will be the place we come back to for years to come.

Beautiful condo - great location

As a group of 5 ladies in our 50s and 60s, we throughly enjoyed staying here. Everything was neat and clean. The condo is well equipped for cooking a gourmet meal. The only thing we were missing was a citrus zester, so we purchased one to use and left it for future guests. An ample supply of dishes and towels were provided. The furniture is comfortable. The weather was perfect for sitting on the deck outside.

A little piece of paradise in Miramar Beach

This property is five stars. The condo has full amenities and is very nicely appointed with new furniture. It is very clean and well kept. The property owner. Kim is extremely responsive to any needs. You may have. I would highly recommend staying at this condo when you are in Miramar Beach. The Crescent property is ideal for families groups or a girlfriend getaway. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and are in close proximity to the beach. I can’t wait to get back there!

Perfect accommodations!

Crescent 115 was absolutely perfect for our family. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. Our boys had a great room to share and both rooms for the adults were spacious and comfortable. The condo was very well-equipped with anything we could have possibly needed. The views were gorgeous and the amenities were outstanding! We really appreciated the chairs/umbrella that were included with our stay. (We had enough stuff to carry with two kids, so not having to haul chairs to the beach was very helpful!) Working with the owners was great too! They were so friendly and had great communication. We will definitely put this condo on our list of places to return to.

Excellent property!

We have stayed in a lot of condos over the years. This one is our new favorite! It is newly furnished with quality and comfortable sofas and chairs. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The resort view was tropical and pleasant and we loved having beach chair and umbrella service provided. It is an easy walk to the beach. The Property is located in an ideal area of Miramar Beach and it’s an easy walk to groceries, stores and restaurants. We didn’t need to drive anywhere if we didn’t want to. The owners were very pleasant and easy to work with. This one will stay on our list for a future visit!

Our Wonderful Family Vacation

Our stay at this beautiful unit was absolutely perfect. The pictures do not do it justice, it is absolutely spectacular. Everything we needed was in the condo and Kim, the owner goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect and I could not have asked for a nicer person to rent from. She and her husband have thought of everything that is needed. It is beautifully decorated, was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The property itself is so clean and well maintained and the staff there were so kind and helpful. Theswimming pool is enormous, sparkling clean, never crowded and only steps away from the white, sandy beach with no roads to cross. This condo is also walking distance to a grocery store, souvenir store and an outlet mall. I would highly recommend staying in this unit.

Absolutely Perfect!!!!

Everything was PERFECT! Our crew feels as though we have found a hidden treasure! If I could rate it 10 stars I would. First off, cleanliness. I’m super picky. It was immaculate. As soon as you walked in it smelled wonderful. It felt clean, looked clean, and after thorough inspection, it was pert near spotless. The owner has went above and beyond what any condo owner I’ve ever dealt with has. You can feel the love and care in the home. And that’s just what it feels like, home. The views are gorgeous, the pool area is beautiful and well kept. I had a little one, and the trip to the beach was easy. Communication with Kim was very good. She seems to be so kind. We walked to surf shops and restaurants. The master bed was so so comfortable. The condo is large and roomy. We packed beach supplies and we ended up not needing it, as the condo already had those things available for use. The supply of beach toys and 4 chairs and two umbrellas was wonderful. I could go on and on (and I think I have)! If your looking for a perfect condo that you think just isn’t out there, don’t worry, this is it!! You will not be disappointed. We plan to return here every year if we can. We feel this place was a God send. Thanks so much Rice Family for playing a huge part in one of the best vacations we have ever had!

From Nashville TN, our family started vacationing here several times a year starting in 2000 with the dream of one day owning at this property. In 2009 it became a reality and now is truly a home away from home for us and our extended family including many new friends who rent from us regularly.

Nothing in the area can compare to the location, condition and amenities of this property. Not only is it right on the beach but it boasts large resort pools, beautiful landscaping, newly renovated lobby, fitness room & library/business center and an award-winning staff who keep this property in top condition. It is within walking distance of the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and next door to a great new beachfront restaurant, The Surf Hut. Its relatively small number of units compared to others in the area means more beach and pool space for everyone. We wouldn't have chosen another location to vacation or purchase!
