Perfect 4 bdr family-friendly condo near boardwalk, beach & convention center!

This is a beautifully maintained 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium that sleeps 10 and is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk (3 blocks to to boardwalk/convention center)! In walking distance to popular spots, like Mudhen, Poppi's Pizza, Dogtooth and many other restaurants, the dog park, playgrounds, miniature golf, ice cream, and the convention center.

Table seating for 6, kitchen island with 2 stools, and stocked with dishes, utensils, cups, pots & pans, toaster oven, and coffee maker. Living room with 65'' TV and an additional TV in one bedroom. There is a washer/dryer in the unit.

Patio table in rear with an outdoor shower & hose to clean off after the beach.

Spacious covered front deck with views of sunrise and sunset, fireworks, and the Ferris Wheel.

Bedrooms: King (with TV,) Queen (with TV), Queen, and Queen plus bunk bed. All of the bedrooms have a large closet & ceiling fan. Ensuite bathroom in the main bedroom.

Parking: Private garage, driveway for one car and free street parking.

Restrictions: Available to those over 25 years old with families! No proms, senior weeks, or spring break rentals, etc. Any reservations signed for by parents of these groups are also prohibited and subject to removal without a refund.

Bring your own bed sheets & bath towels - they are not provided.

Access by keypad: Door code provided no later than the morning of the first day of rental. You have access to the entire condo is accessible with the exception of a locked closet & garage storage area.

Perfect size condo for our large family. The outdoor deck was definitely our favorite spot. Easy walking to beach on a quiet street.

Beautiful home! Very spacious and clean. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evenings. Very convenient location to walk to the restaurants and boardwalk. There is a great miniature golf course and ice cream shop right by the house. The owners were wonderful to work and I was easily able to contact them. We had a great experience!

Perfect beach getaway

Such a great vacation home. Perfect location and it has everything you need. We typically stay in Ocean City and decided to stay in Wildwood this year, and so happy we did. The whole family had a blast. House had plenty of room and we loved the covered front deck. Outside shower was amazing, beds were comfortable and garage had so much room for all our beach stuff. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Stay

Color Guard Weekend in Wildwood

For about 20 years we have been coming down to Wildwood for the Color Guard Championships weekend. This year was a fantastic year. The location was wonderful, close to our group’s motel and the convention center. The communication and flexibility of the host was awesome and extremely appreciated! We are already looking forward to next year!

Lovely weekend to kick off summer

Our family came down to start off our summer and had a lovely stay. Close enough to the boardwalk and a few good spots to eat nearby, and the porch was perfect for relaxing on in the evening. We’ll be sure to check this spot again next time we’re looking to visit Wildwood!

Great Stay!

The listing gives great details of the unit, wonderful location. Just a walk to the beach and several great restaurants to choose from (Mudhen was really good). Next time we are in Wildwood we will be back in this unit. Owners were very helpful and responsive with questions.

Truly the perfect rental!

I can’t say enough good things about this rental. It was perfect for our family of ages ranging from 7-16 year olds. There was space for us to gather together and space for everyone to have their privacy. The proximity to everything - the beach, convention center, restaurant, playground - is perfect. We come down to Wildwood every year and this has been our favorite place yet. We hope to stay here again next year! To top it off the owners were so pleasant and accommodating. They were very professional and happy to answer all my questions! We couldn’t be happier!

Great Condo Location

1st time we stayed close in to the convention center. It was well worth it. Condo was great street was quiet and only few blocks to the boardwalk.

Family vacation!

This was a beautiful home and a short walk to the boardwalk! We did end up driving when we went to the beach, but only because we had a lot of stuff! Stephan answered all of my questions before arriving and was a great host! He helped us out very much! We were able to see the fireworks from the balcony on Friday night which was very cool! We would definitely stay here again!

Sweet home in nice location

Great place with well enough place for our group of 5 adults and 5 childs. About 10min of walk to go to the beach with kids (we did it each day with 4 to 9yo kids without problem). Nice big balcony to relax and take a drink on the evening. The owner responded quickly to all our questions. We would return there without hesitation! 😊

Quick Trip on the 4th

We had a great time staying here with friends. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 little kids. We loved the outdoor space and the outdoor showers were perfect after the beach. The walk was a quite a bit longer than 8 minutes for us, but we had a lot of people to move. The house was mostly clean but would have loved to have a vacuum to clean as we were there or even touch up upon arrival. All in all a great place to stay, really enjoyed our time here.

Short 3 night trip

Everything was really good and the communication with the owner was fantastic. Just a few notes - the regular coffee pot was unusable and a safety issue due to melting plastic smell when attempted to brew. We are not keurig people so had to pivot and either buy coffee or go out and purchase kcups. There also was some plumbing issues with the kitchen sink - the garbage disposal didn’t work and the sink would fill with water. One other item is the listing stated hot tub but we didn’t have access to it. Not a deal breaker but should not be on listing. Otherwise it was in a great location since we were going back and forth to the convention center. Thanks!

Lots of potential, but poorly cleaned between guests

Lots of potential, but our stay was not 5-star quality. Bottom line: cleaning & maintenance need to be thorough & properly monitored. The pros: the host was responsive, the condo was spacious, outdoor shower was good, & the beds were SO comfortable. The cons of our stay: there was a serious pest issue due to lack of cleaning in the kitchen; fridge & freezer contained food left by previous guests, & shelves were sticky & grimy; dishwasher was full upon arrival making us unsure of the cleanliness of dishes inside; the master BR’s tub was clogged so badly that it took over 20 mins to drain; the sink in guest BR was fully clogged; a dirty toilet plunger was left in the guest BR on a dirty paper plate. A foul smell was in the guest BR for our full stay; we couldn’t find the source; VERY moldy shower liner (maybe the reason for the odor?) We: 1) bought ant traps, Draino, air fresheners, & cleaning supplies to try to manage everything above; 2) emailed host with all the issues; 3) ALL used 1 bathroom due to smell & mold. The host: 1) assured us cleaning staff did their job (clearly not) , 2) offered pest control/cleaners to come (we declined to avoid disruption to our vacation); 3) offered to pay for things we bought but then never paid; 4) didn’t offer any refund despite all the issues. Good effort by owners, but clearly not consistently involved in guest turnover procedures during the summer. If corrected, the property & stay could easily be rated 4-5 stars.

Excellent Stay

This house is in a great location. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk, mini golf, ice cream, bagel shop and liquor store. Beds were extremely comfortable. House has a large deck with comfortable outdoor furniture. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, mugs, silverware and cooking utensils. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house.
