Enjoy your stay at this hidden oasis located in South Lubbock! Your family is going to love hanging out and grilling poolside in this serene backyard. The back patio includes a 50 inch smart tv and a sectional to lounge on during your pleasant stay. Marvel at your proximity from all major dining and shopping options in Lubbock. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house can comfortably sleeps 8 guests with the extra air mattresses and oversized living room couch. We ask that you treat this home as if it were your own and leave it in the same condition you found it in order to ensure the home stays in pristine condition. There will be a guestbook available upon arrival addressing general house keeping rules and pool/spa usage rules. No smoking inside the house. Parties are not permitted on the premises. Immediate eviction will follow in the event that this does occur. Our rules are for your safety and best interested and help create a wonderful time for you during your stay. Your dreamy vacation at the 806 Oasis awaits you!

Excellent Family Stay

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Oasis house. The hosts were friendly, prompt and very accommodating. It was an excellent spot to enjoy with my family while preparing to transition my son off to school.

Oasis at 806 indeed!

This house was absolutely stunning, felt like staying at a resort spa. Spotless clean, beautiful and relaxing decor. The backyard with pool and hot tub was fantastic and so relaxing. All of the beds were super comfortable and linens were luxurious. Check in was a breeze and communication with owner was perfect. We will definitely stay again when we need to come to Lubbock!

Lovely property! Enjoyed our stay!

My daughter and son-n-law stayed here after their wedding! It is a beautiful and comfortable home. The neighborhood was very nice, and I loved the front yard. They also enjoyed the jacuzzi in the backyard! The owner was very accommodating and let us check in early so we could set things up before the bride and groom arrived! We would definitely recommend this property and will stay again in the future! Thank you!

Beautiful and CLEAN!!!

I stayed here with my two young kiddos. They loved the pool! The backyard is pretty, with trees and it was a nice place for coffee and birdwatching in the mornings. This home was so clean- so important for guests. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving items, making our dinners a breeze. Owners were very responsive, and seem genuinely kind and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful property and gracious hosts

We stayed here for a week to visit with our daughter, son in law and grandbabies. The grandbabies really enjoyed the pool, and didn't want to leave! The house was very spacious, we had plenty of kitchen items and utensils which was perfect for us! We did have a few hiccups throughout our stay but the owners were very quick to remedy the situation. We definitely recommend staying here, and if you have any concerns reach out. They are quick to remedy any issues and are very helpful.

Clean, convenient and homey!

Our family of 6 enjoyed the open and spacious feel of this home. We really enjoyed being able to enjoy the living space where everyone (4 adults and 2 teenage boys) could comfortably stretch out on the oversized sofa to watch TV. The backyard kept our whole group entertained as well. we were able to introduce some of our family to corn hole with the set that is provided and that was so much fun! The owners are very responsive and have done a great job maintaining the house. My kiddos loved that the owners provided snacks and boxed cereal and they definitely popped some popcorn! The area of the house was centrally located for our needs. There is an abundance of restaurants, grocery and shopping centers nearby. One last thing that we appreciated about this property is the ability to use the garage.

Perfect home for a family get-a-wa

This home was clean and spacious making it ideal for a family. The kitchen was stocked very well & the peach tree out front with fresh peaches was an added bonus. Communication with the homeowner was excellent.

Birthday party

We rented this property for my daughter's 18th birthday and let her invite 5 friends. We had the nicest time eating, playing games, and swimming. The indoor space is updated so nicely. The beds and couch were so comfortable. And the outdoor space was fun with lots of space to spread out.

A great Escape to the Oasis

We enjoyed our short time at the Oasis. Property location was great. Near to Restaurants, Grocery stores, and the Mall. We relaxed all day in the pool, in 102 degree weather and it felt great. The Master Bedroom bed was comfortable and the Living room couch was very cozy. No more Hotel stays when we visit Lubbock again. Keeping our guns up!!! Wreck’em!! Pizaña Family
