I stayed here with my small dogs while visiting my daughter at Texas Tech. The location was good. The house was as promised and comfortable. The host was very responsive and wonderful to work with. I would stay here again. Thanks!

Great location, perfect size for my son and I for a college visit and accommodated a visit from my daughter well with the seating area. Also very dog friendly both with house space and yard. Easy check-in and check-out.

It is an older house and the price reflects that, but it is updated enough to feel clean and functional. It was nice to have the full kitchen, laundry, and yard for the dog. The air works great even when the outside temp got up to 106 when we were there. Shower had good water pressure. The neighborhood was quiet and close to restaurants and stores.The house has a few quirks, the metal frame on the king bed is loud with movement, and the table has bench seating, no chairs. Overall a great place for us to stay while we were in town, would stay again.

Our dog liked the yard and having a ready grill was great. The shower was fantastic and so was the couch. Everything was clean as well.

The property was great for the price range! It accommodated my family well and the backyard was excellent for having pets with us. Nice quiet neighborhood, centrally located and easy to access. The front porch swing was a great addition.

The house was okay for the price. It could use a little updating. Vinyl flooring coming up in places and drawers in kitchen would not stay closed. The house was clean and beds were ok, great living room to hang out in.

Metal Bed is pretty loud while sleeping on it. Front door you have to push pretty hard to get it opened.

Very easy to check in. Very conveniently located. Clean and modern. We really appreciated the good and plentiful towels and the well-draining shower and working toilet. Plus there was coffee and a coffee maker! We would definitely stay here again.

Everything went well. We were very comfortable staying 2 nights. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom which also included shampoo, conditioner and liquid body soap. The a/c worked great! The temperature maintained our setting and was very comfortable during the day and at night. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We also used the grill on the back porch. However, there was no option to eat outside. If I had one recommendation, I would recommend adding a table and some chairs to enjoy a meal or just enjoying sitting out back. I would also recommend maybe adding some family games for entertainment options. The property is pet-friendly and our two bulldogs loved being there. We would use this property again.
