You`ve found it! Centrally located Airbnb in the heart of the VIllage District in Laguna Beach (w/Parking HEAT and AIR CONDITIONING!). Steps to Cleo Beach, 100 yards from Ralphs, a stones throw to THE famous DECK and Driftwood restaurants(We share the alley on Sleepy Hollow!) on CLEO beach, a short 5 minute walk to the heart of downtown and Main Beach.

NOTE- We`re in the heart of downtown next to the beach which means we`re close to PCH and street noise. We provide a white noise machine and ear plugs for each bedroom for sensitive sleepers:).

COVERED CARPORT PARKING FOR 1 LARGE/MEDIUM VEHICLE. For larger vehicles pull half way in and your nose of the car can be even with the property line.

LIVING:
Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have comfortable sectional sofa (comfortable to sleep on), plenty of seating and a large 65` Samsung TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender.
KITCHEN:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).
HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.
OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

We`re located on CLEO beach and a short 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown Laguna Beach.

Guests have access to the entire unit. The villa is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.
