Great place

Wonderful house, clean, updated, very well maintained. Nice outdoor patio, quiet neighborhood. Good location, easy drive to beach and Tampa airport.

Relaxing winter break

The house was very nice. We especially enjoyed the back patio. It is a quiet neighborhood. Tempo was a great host. He was very quick to answer any questions and arranged to help with everything we requested. We would definitely stay here again

Loved this house!

Had an absolutely amazing time on our trip and the house was PERFECT. Host responded whenever I needed to communicate and the place was gorgeous. Definitely recommend!

Great house

5 adults stayed for 2 nights. We came over with our 25’ boat and had plenty of room to park in the driveway and park my truck as well. Home was super clean and had everything we needed. 3 nice bedrooms with queen beds and 2 bathrooms. The front driveway was nicely done with pavers along with a great back yard with fire pit also all in pavers. We would definitely stay again. Communication with host was great.

Clean and Tidy

This location was only minutes away from family making it easy to commute back and forth. The property was clean and tidy. We were very surprised to find beach towels and chairs in the laundry room for our trip to the beach. My only suggestion is to add night lights in the bathrooms.

Beach vacation with family

The stay was great. We couldnt have ask for anything better. The host was fantastic. Great communication. The house was perfect. I might suggest having more than one television but other that everything was great.

Great property and great vacation

This was our first VRBO experience and it paid off. Great property and great host. She was available with prompt replies and solutions to our few issues. Great backyard under the sun from 0900 to sunset. Highly recommend. We hope to rent again in the future.

Perfect for Phillies Spring Training

For two senior couples who have long talked about making it down to Phillies Spring Training but never done it, this house was great! Less than a mile and a half from the ballpark, with grocery stores etc. nearby, and an easy ride to the beach. It is fully equipped with everything we needed for a week. The layout gave us ample privacy at night or for a nap.

Great family house!

We enjoyed the property
 clean, convenient location and great size for a family vacation. We stayed for 5&1/2 weeks so cooked a lot.. the kitchen could use some pans for the oven, steak knives, scissors etc. just check with the host about specifics before you go. Enjoy your time in the beautiful backyard! There’s even a banana tree!

Basic but works

Basic but gave us a place to leave our stuff and sleep. No salt. No paper towels. One roll of toilet paper in each bath. No hand soap in one bathroom. Lots of siren noise in the neighborhood at night. But clean and enough space for 4 adults.

Nightmare on Edenville Ave

Upon arriving there was a musty smell. The kitchen is very nice. The living room is cute. The one bedroom is what I believe to be a converted garage with access to outside. Outdoor furniture has huge holes and no cushions. The dishwasher empties into the bavk yard.

A home away

The property was clean and spacious. We traveled with my grandsons ages 4 and 6 and my daughters and we did not feel that we were on top of each other. The boys played in the back yard which was pretty large. The neighborhood was very quiet and was conveniently located to all the stores you could possibly need. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with Temo was quick and easy, our flight was delayed a few hours and he allowed us extra time to check out, we were very grateful for that. Overall I definitely will stay there again.

Want half of my money back

Nice property, left a night early, talked to owner about it. The A/C never got below 74 degrees and it was just miserable. It would be nice to get some of my money back

Overnight with friends

Host allowed us to check in at 12 which was appreciated so we could decorate for my sister’s bachelorette party. House was a little warm (we were also running around decorating!), was 75 degrees but it’s to be expected in the middle of the summer. House cooled down to 72 at night. Fans all over the house as well. We went to the aquarium which was a 15 minute drive. Had great Japanese food at Charlie’s. Had Starbucks in the am. Went to tea time at Joseph’s tea. The house is not big but was perfect for our party. The one room is converted from a garage- the bed could be a bit more comfy (too hard). The master bedroom does not have a door separating to the bathroom- this would be a nice improvement. Host provided a few waters and bags of chips. Bathroom had soap/shamp/conditioner dispensers. Ice maker didn’t work but there was ice in the freezer. The door was slightly tricky to lock. We learned we had to pull on the door and hit the necessary key on the pad to lock- no big deal once we figured it out. Host checked in and communicated and asked if we needed anything. Overall we had a nice experience.
