Just a short walk to the beach makes this a great beach getaway for couples or families. On your way you can stop at the Kooky Coconut for lunch, an awesome milkshake or a variety of snacks. With a totally new renovation in 2023, this unit is in updated, very clean and worry free condition. This cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and a great place to relax. Cold air conditioning, fresh purified water, and fast internet. Plenty of free parking. Free laundry on common area screened porch. Sorry no pets allowed. Easy refund policy. 50amp Level 2 EV car charger on site

We moved here from Ohio way back in 1998 to get away from the cold weather and gray skies. And we've been hosting vacation rentals since about 2002. Its fun and we get to meet so many nice people.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We wanted a beach neighborhood on one of the islands that was residential and not built up like Clearwater Beach. But close enough to get there on the trolley when we got the urge to go. We've owned and used this place since 1998 and love the location.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our place was built in 1954 and still has that vintage Florida feel, but with all the updates we need today. We've left some of the original item to keep the memory alive.
