Thanksgiving Getaway

Location is prime. Enjoyed walking on the boardwalk and visiting all the local restaurants and shops. Quick access to freeway to explore the great city of San Diego. House was perfect for our family. Enjoyed every minute.

Great location, great house but did NOT sleep 8. Part of our family had to get a hotel.

Classy Beach House

Our family of 5 plus puppy stayed in this upstairs unit for a week in February. The unit is remodeled from top to bottom and has high end finishes. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings, very nice (west elm, etc). 1 block from Mission Bay, lovely ocean view from the patio! AvantStay has nice perks like snacks and high end toiletry boxes. The house has everything. Kitchen starting to show some wear and tear but otherwise, everything is very nice. We are planning to come back soon.

Overall wonderful experience! The parking was a little tricky because the stalls are super tiny, but other than that it was so fun to have a house right there by the beach and it was so fun! The hosts were very prompt in answering my inquiries and I felt well taken care of if there was any issues at arose. Thank you guys for taking care of us on our fun trip to San Diego Mission Bay Beach! We loved it!
