Nice place

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was and older duplex home but a very nice place none the less. We will definitely be returning to it again.

nice clean space nearby to UNM which we were visiting

Even though we did not use the other side much in the duplex setup the extra bathroom came in handy !

Work trip - Suicide Boys Tingely

The accommodations worked perfectly for our crew that came into the ABQ area for work. We appreciate the efficiency of gaining entry, house rules etc. We would definitely choose this place if more work comes up in this area.

We really enjoyed the property it was clean and close to shopping the only thing is that each home only had i small bathroom so it took us awhile to get ready also the kitchen didn’t have enough bigger pans to cook with for a larger family but over all it felt comfortable

Overall, this stay felt okay. There were lots of minor annoyances (e.g., some tiny pests, no dishwasher, having to split the family between two sides, strange smell on one side, etc.) but nothing that was a deal breaker. If I needed a place to stay again in Albuquerque I'd consider this place but hope for something better.

Hi John, Yes, there wasn't any room in the 2 Kitchens of the Duplex that allowed for a Dishwasher, sorry. Don't know what you smelled or what pest you saw? And don't understand what you didn't understand when you booked our Duplex? We've never had a guest not understand that a Duplex is 2 separate sides of a home that are individual sides not 1 big home.

We didn’t realize that it was 2 separate units. It took a few minutes to figure that out. Having two separate units actually enhanced our stay.
