Great spot for our anniversary

Simply wanted a nice get away home to enjoy my two years with my partner and this was the perfect place to do it, throughly enjoyed the hot tub, plenty of clean amenities to enjoy, and the surprise of snacks and consumables was very pleasant! Being able to bring my best furry friend of 10 years made it all the better.

We had the perfect short family visit with our dogs! We found our accommodations perfectly clean and very comfortable - beds, linens, hot showers, etc. just perfect!

Great little oasis

While in town for work I needed something close to downtown. This place is really nice, great amenities and the owners are easy to communicate. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay with easy access to downtown or main roads to anywhere else in town.

Awesome home

We loved being here some much we extended our trip by one day. The house is very nice with good size rooms, a very nice kitchen and dining area and a small backyard with a fire pit, bbq, cornhole, and spa. Would definitely stay here agai.

Excellent location, terrific ammenities, comfortable beds, quality sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Large, easy to operate tv's. The layout of the home is very functional. Loved the outdoor hot tub space! Lovely hosts answered questions and made themselves available if needed. My next visit to ABQ is in 2027 and im already planning on staying here!

Perfect in every way!

We needed a place for a few days to move our kiddo into UNM. This was a PERFECT location! Central to everything! Short drives to the campus, restraunts and basically anywhere we needed to go! The house was perfect! Quiet and gekt very much relaxed there! We will def book again!

Beautiful, cozy, and clean home. Me and my family enjoyed the back yard, jacuzzi, and the games. Has everything we could ask for and more. Loved the wine and snacks! The house it self is wonderful. I love the remodel of it. It has great energy and a cool vibe. I ha e already told a few friends about it. I did like the convenience of the stores and resturants. I love seei g the hot air balloons in the early morning! I would of liked a clearer view of those beauriful mountains though. I would defenatly stay ther and recommend staying there!

Fun in Albuquerque

This is a cute little house in a quiet neighborhood of ABQ. We enjoyed our time there, especially the hot tub! We experienced a few glitches. The outdoor fireplace would not light, and the middle bathroom shower was not working. The property manager was a bit skeptic that we didn't seem to know how to operate either, lol! We just ignored her not so helpful customer service demeaner, reported the problems, and had a great time.

Casa Urbana a pleasant surprise!

It was my first time using Vrbo, and Casa Urbana made my experience a pleasant surprise. I'll start off by saying the host was very resposive in all my questions and the instructions on accessing the property were very clear. The property itself was very welcoming, clean and organized. It came with more than enough towels for 2 adults and one child for a 4 night stay. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for breakfast, lunch and dinner cooking (also included a variety of goodies/consumables). The proprty conviniently included a washer and dryer for our use, detergent and drying sheets included. The back yard was my favorite, it included a functioning grill, gas fire pit and hot tub! Overall I give this property a 5 star rating!
