Great condo

The condo was clean, kitchen was well stocked, balcony was great, pool and hot tub worked well. New grills were nice. Location was perfect.

Excellent beachfront condo!

Right from the start, we had very good communication with the owner. The unit was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable which is hard to come by in rentals. The pool and hot tub were heated to the perfect temperatures. Beach was as nice as you could ask for. Overall, we would definitely stay again. Thanks Philip!

Great communication with host

We found this unit and host to be outstanding and extremely accommodating. The communication with the host was very helpful. The facility (including parking) was convenient and clean. We will definitely return.

Indian Shores

The property was as described in the listing. Very comfortable and clean. The accomodations were great for our party of 7. You cant get better than eak8ng up to the sight of palm trees and ocean views! The area is perefect...not too busy. Not too loud, and family friendly.

Sandcastle ll 2023

This condo was very roomy, clean and exactly as pictured. The area around the resort was very nice. Many things to see and do. A lot of good restaurants nearby. The owner, Philip reached out to us several times to make sure everything was going well. Very pleasant to speak to. Check-in was a sich. Punched in the code and we were in. Will probably be returning next year!

Love Indian Shores

We had a great stay in this condo in Indian Shores. The new sand dunes are a little challenging for the elderly and when lugging beach carts, but happy to see the replenishment. The owner of the condo was very attentive and easy to contact. No issues to complain about although I'm not sure the floors were properly cleaned prior to our stay. We could feel sand on our feet and my husband said his socks were dirty after walking around shoeless. Very nice condo that we would gladly stay in again.

Exceptional View!

Just left Indian Rocks Beach. This condo is exactly as described online. View from living area and oversized spaced deck is spectacular. Beautiful sunsets with palms in the foreground! Kitchen is well stocked with quality items and everything you need to eat in. The bedrooms are generously spacious with more than enough storage space. Most importantly, the mattresses were comfortable! We stay in 8-10 rentals a year and this unit is at the top of the list. Important to mention that our host,Phillip, was easily accessible and addressed our needs in a timely manner.

Great location

This was a very nice place. The location, pool and beach were all perfect. The unit itself could have been cleaner. It needed a deep clean in bathrooms and kitchen. The bathroom vanity had blood on the side and there was food on the wall next to the trash bin in the kitchen. The dishwasher was full of the last persons dishes and their recycling still under the sink. We got one garbage bag and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. No beach/pool towels were provided. That’s surprising when the property has a pool and beach, and the listing says towels are included. We had to go back to Target on day one of vacation and buy beach towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and paper towels. It’s not a deal breaker but it is an unfortunate way to begin an expensive vacation. Perfect location, but for the price, we were slightly disappointed.

I am so sorry that this guest felt this way. I have been doing this for over twenty Years and take reviews very serious. If the unit was left dirty in any way, why the guest not contact me immediately upon arrival. I would have promptly sent back our cleaning staff or maintenance to deal with any issues that guest is not happy with. We have never had a complaint about any of our units being dirty and take this very serious when a guest falsely brings it to a review. You can read hundreds of ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️reviews from my three other properties on VRBO. The property numbers are #786204 sandcastle two unit 2303. VRBO #1463091 Sandcastle three unit 202 or VRBO # 769898 Sandcastle one unit 605 and see the high marks that we have received about cleanliness. Per the towels, we provide bath towels, hand towels, rags, etc. We do provide beach towels upon advanced request. We have to know early so our staff leaves them out for the guests. I do find it hard to believe that blood was on the vanity in the bathroom because she never reached out to me about that or took a picture of it. That would be a very serious matter. I am sorry to hear about the recycling that was left under the sink. Sandcastle II doesn’t recycle and the guest before her put it under the sink and the cleaning people didn’t look for that since that is not common practice. The guest stated that we only left one garbage bag and one roll of toilet paper. We leave 4 garbage bags a week since guests usually go through half a bag a day. We leave 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom. That gets them started for a couple of days. If the quest is not satisfied with what we give them, they can contact us and and ask for more. Again as I said before my wife and I take great pride and passion on providing the best vacation experience our guests can have.

Also own three other properties their if want a different look and Minivan Station dads local Airports Tampa International and St. Petersburg/Clearwater
