Notre 1500 sq. atmosphère agréable et détendue ft condo a toutes les commodités de la maison. Le grand balcon a accès depuis le salon et la chambre des maîtres. Son exposition nord offre des vues latérales
du golfe du Mexique et par voie inter-côtier.
Notre complexe dispose de son propre embarcadère de pêche privé sur l'océan,
plage immaculée de sable blanc, une piscine chauffée grande face à l'océan (toujours gardé à 82 Deg. en hiver), et un jacuzzi. Écoutez le bruit de l'océan pendant que vous préparez le dîner dans la zone de barbecue, avec ses tables de Tiki. Détendez-vous et profiter des magnifiques couchers de soleil.
Nous sommes à quelques minutes de John Pass, et à proximité de la plage de Clearwater,
où restaurants, boutiques et les sports nautiques peuvent être trouvés.
Nous sommes situés à 13 miles à l'ouest de l'aéroport de St. Pete / Clearwater, et
env. 25 miles de l'aéroport international de Tampa.

As advertised, this rental was perfect. On the beach, heated pool, jacuzzi, close to shopping, restaurants and ice cream. Both the owner and management company were extremely responsive. I would definitely recommend this rental to others.

We loved every minute of our vacation at directly on the beach. Everyone that we met was a delight. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Great location. Hot tub was amazing at night to relax in, very warm.

Our home is in Norther New Jersey but our hearts are in Indian Shores, we have 2 wonderful children and 2 precious dogs.
The moment we first saw our condo and this beautiful complex we fell in love and bought it. We know you will also have a GREAT TIME here.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Since the moment we first visit Indian Shores we fell in love with the beach, area and the people. For over a year we search for a place that will be different from most vacation condos. The moment we found this place we both fell in love with it. The large spacious condo, the ocean front heated pool and Jacuzzi, and picnic area. Centrally located to activities and shopping, but quiet and relaxing, and most of all the only private complex with our private pier on the Gulf. Most of all the white powder sandy beach and amazing sunsets.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Large Heated ocean front pool and large Jacuzzi. A picnic area facing the ocean with Tiki tables and 5 BBQ's grills. Beach volley ball court and Cabana rentals. Lets not forget the only complex with it's own private pier in the Gulf.
