Ce condominium a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© et est l'un des meilleurs condominiums situĂ©s dans Sand Castle III. Il possĂšde son propre escalier en colimaçon privĂ© qui mĂšne Ă  la piscine, au bain Ă  remous, Ă  la plage et aux barbecues au gaz. Je possĂšde Ă©galement un autre condominium en bord de mer situĂ© juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de celui de Sand Castle II, VRBO 786204, dotĂ© de toutes les commoditĂ©s que celui-ci a Ă  offrir. Je possĂšde une troisiĂšme unitĂ© Ă  Sand Castle I, VRBO 769898. Il s’agit Ă©galement d’un condominium en bord de mer avec une piscine chauffĂ©e et un bain Ă  remous. Les trois de ces condominiums ont des barbecues Ă  gaz situĂ©s prĂšs de la piscine pour votre usage personnel. Mes condominiums fournissent des draps et des matelas de haute qualitĂ© qui contribuent Ă  rendre votre journĂ©e Ă  la plage vraiment mĂ©morable lorsque vous vous dĂ©tendez le soir. Les jardins Disney et Busch sont situĂ©s Ă  une courte distance. L’aĂ©roport de Tampa est situĂ© Ă  30 minutes de votre porte et de la rue L’aĂ©roport de Petersburg / Clearwater (PIE) est situĂ© Ă  20 minutes. Nous louons du samedi au samedi uniquement et acceptons les animaux domestiques pour les chiens de moins de 15 kg.

Family vacay

Great location. Very convenient to the beach, not crowded, love the stairs down to the pool. Had everything we needed. Unit could use some updating. Sliding doors difficult to use, could use a little more furniture for seating, only seats about 5 comfortably in living room. Beds and bedding a little dated and not comfortable. Furniture on balcony not comfortable but fine. overall a great stay. Just minor things that would take it to the next level.

Great location

I’ve stayed at numerous condos at this property and have enjoyed the location. This property could use some maintenance and upgrades. For what you pay for compared to others, it’s a bit less appealing. The furniture on the balcony was uncomfortable and that’s where you’d want to spend most of your time. However, the spiral staircase is a bonus as it takes you right to the pool.

LESS THAN POOR

Check in is at 4:00. We got in at 4:30 and had to deal with the maintenance as it wasn’t done before we arrived. The condo was filthy! I took pictures and sent to the owner; rather than make it right, he was in denial and praised the cleaning staff. A pest control worker entered the condo just as I was getting in the shower; no notice from the owner!!! There are plenty of other rentals in the area, you are best to stay away from this one!

Fun stay

My friend and I had a great stay, the place was very clean and had plenty of space. The pool and hot tub was awesome and we could walk right out to the beach. Overall we had a great time.

We absolutely loved this property! Convenient to everything we needed! Loved the location and the beach access was perfect! Definitely would stay here again! The only downfall to this trip was Hurricane Helene!!! We had a mandatory evacuation on day 4 and had to leave 3 days early! Other than that, I give it a 10+

Perfect Beach Vacation

I stayed at this condo for a week with my wife and three kids, and it was perfect for us. The beach is only steps away, and was very clean and not crowded. We loved the stairs down from the balcony to the pool and hot tub. We also met several other condo owners and visitors and everyone was very friendly for the most part. If you are looking for a place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation, look no further!

Family Vacation

We loved the view! The white sand and turquoise water was absolutely beautiful! We loved being able to walk out the door and be right there. We enjoyed being able to cook and the grills outside were an added bonus. We had plenty of room for six adults and one little one :). We hope to come back next year! It was great family time! Great condo

Always enjoy staying in the Sand Castle condos. Loved having the spiral stairs to the pool....hit with my kids! Condo had everything we needed and Philip was very informative/quick response. Will be booking future stays here.

Great Coastal Condo

Excellent stay with my son’s family, which included our grandchildren ranging in age from 3-14. We all really enjoyed the convenience on the spiral staircase to the pool deck and super quick access to the beach. Just a few minor glitches that were easily resolved by communicating with Philip. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and cozy accommodations!

We had a wonderful time at Sandcastle III! This property was perfectly located in IRB with convenient access to all surrounding locations. The property opens directly onto the beach (no sand dunes to traverse) and, therefore, offered an optimal view of the ocean/beach. The rooms were well appointed, and the kitchen was well equipped and provided ample counterspace for meals. The owner was communicative of important information and reminders, as well as highly responsive to questions. We had 4 adults and an almost 2-year-old. The space of the condominium was ample. We rented a Ford Expedition for our vacation, and it fit fine within the designated covered parking spot. My husband and I have stayed at each of the Sandcastles at this point (I, II, and III), and this was our favorite. I would recommend this unit, and any other units managed by this owner, to anyone looking for a stress-free vacation!

Great location and good view from unit.

The location was convenient to many things and the beachfront unit was awesome. Easy access to the pool/spa and beach. The unit was not 100% clean, the hall bathtub was stained black and the balcony had a jumbled mess of chairs, beach toys etc in disarray. An organizer for those items would be helpful and disposing of broken items would be less of an eye sore. The owner made check in simple and said to call if anything was needed or we had questions. One complaint, I would suggest not texting a guest in the early morning hours requesting the guest perform a task. The guest is on vacation and probably does not want to be disturbed. First time I have ever experienced something like that while on vacation.

Family Friendly Condo

This is a perfect condo for young children. Owners have done a nice job preparing this unit for toddlers/babies. Pack n play provided along with high chair. Doors can all be secured out of small children's reach.

Sand Castle III

We had an awesome week! Best feature was the beautiful views of the ocean from the deck! The kitchen was well supplied to make cooking-in easy to do. The spiral staircase to the pool area was a great extra feature. The owner is easy to contact and responds quickly. We totally enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return!

I am an electrician in a local steel mill and my wife is a elementary school teacher. We discovered Indian shores as a hidden gem many years ago while vacationing down their ourselves. My wife and I have worked extremely hard in acquiring these places. We both would love to share them with you so you can make your own great family memories.
