Whether for work or play, this location can't be beat! 12 minutes from the best beach in the country and loads of restaurants within walking distance. A heated pool, a calm lake to peek on the wildlife are each within a throw of a stone. 1 King Bed, 2 Twin beds.
Easy in and out and easy parking.
There is much to do in Sarasota, Siesta Key and neighboring Venice, however sometime the couch or poolside is all one needs. Washer and dryer in the unit, and even a grill for those ready to eat!

Well equipped kitchen, plenty of beach supplies in closet( we left some for the house too),right next to the pool, across the street from Publix, 7 minutes to the beach. Super quiet and great for families! I would love to stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at this respective condo. Communication with host was great. The unit is nicely renovated with all new flooring, appliances, etc. Each room (LR & both BR's) possessed large TV's. Kitchen came complete with all necessities. Master BR is very nice with queen bed and a large closet.Rear patio is fenced on both sides leading to a pond area. Very quiet & sunny, protective of any wind as well. Condo provides beach chairs as well as a large Playmate cooler and toys for kids.Location is excellent, at least for us, with numerous restaurants, bars and shops (Publinx, coffee and nail/massage across the street) as well as the close proximity to Seista Key (5-7 minutes).Condo offers a #'d parking spot too.Can't wait to return.

The host Jason was absolutely amazing he made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible we had one issue one apartment but he was right on top when it came to the next Love everything about it it was amazing we'll be renting from him again soon
