PERFECT Location CONDO. Just 8 minutes to Disney World.

Fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy the most magical city in the United States. The apartment has a balcony with a lake view, and the building has an elevator.

You will also enjoy the community's common areas, which include a swimming pool, lazy river, slides, and gym. Nearby are restaurants, malls, and stores. This is a strategic location with amazing comfort.

You will find all you need for your stay in this condo with a lake view. It is located in a very secure gated community with a TOP location. It is just minutes from Disney and has plenty of restaurants and shops that are very close (including Vineland premium outlets).

The condo has two bedrooms, two baths, a balcony, and a living and dining area. You will have access to the community amenities, which include a lazy river and gym.

You will be able to access the apartment 24/7. We will send all the check-in instructions before your stay.

We are pleased to welcome all our guests, including their beloved pets. Please let us know if you plan to travel with your pet. We will review the property's policies and inform you of any additional fees that may apply.

The balcony with the view

The property with fresh and clean. All of the essentials were in place. The view and the wildlife that was right at your feet was magnificent

The pictures are inaccurate. Upon arrival, 1st noticed, NO COFFEE POT. I ended up having to go back out & purchase one. The manager did have Amazon deliver one later the next day. The master mattress is more like a boxspring - no joke! Though there were two of us- we ended up sleeping on the children's bunk beds in the other room. The bed sheets on all beds were the cheapest sheets I've ever felt. This is not the same LR furniture as pictured. The TV's had so many remotes that we couldn't get ANY to work in the LR. The patio door had missing blinds. The front door had a massive space underneath it - there was a ticking clock on the wall, but the hands never moved. Overall - it served the purpose, but it didn't feel safe. I felt that the manager was doing me a favor by responding to my texts. It's a gated neighborhood and your supposed to have a QR code to access the facilities...we arrived on Saturday - got access code on Wednesday, though the security at the gate & at the pool let us in for days without it. The hot water was a long time coming - I was happy I wasn't paying the water bill. The best thing was the elevator, the parking, the pool & the convenience to all the attractions. I don't usually leave reviews - but it was just OK - nothing special. (Plus - I see now that the box spring issue & the blinds were already mentioned in a review...mngmnt acted like it was new news.The place needs a good scrubbing, a new mattress, clock, blinds, and invest in some linens

Great community, Not a great stay

The community was great. The issues we had with the condo we communicated to the managing company. There was a long list of issues including 2 out of 3 patio chairs broken, toaster broken, broken master blind, much more. Their responses was sorry and thanks for the list. Number one issue was the beds mattresses were very cheap and felt like we were sleeping on springs. We were there 9 days and I had to sleep in one of the kids single beds because it hurt so bad. They need new BETTER mattresses and pillows first thing. Pillows with stainsAlso another roll toilet paper. There was no “excellence” and just seemed like everything was the most inexpensive version they could get. Very disappointed with the condo.

Great location, no access to pool

This was a perfect place for kids. Close to all parks and beautiful clubhouse. But we were not allowed to use the clubhouse (pool, putt putt, etc) due to a miscommunication between the HOA and the owner. It took hours to straighten out, leaving 3 upset kids waiting to use the pool. Great condo but missing a few things that were necessary for a family if 5, like broom or vacuum for the tile floors, mixing bowls and measuring cups.

We didn't get our check in instructions 24 hours before arrival as promised. Fortunately I did get a response to our urgent request after arrival. The garbage disposal didn't work but was fixed while we were there.
